FIXED-BASE CRADLE SWING: Made of sturdy welded milled and bored. It consists mainly of a base, where the cradle is hinged swinging bearing plate for the extraction and the two lower half-side door shell. Bottom plate for the extraction, operated by two hydraulic cylinders and guided by a strong central column in steel, chromed and rectified,sliding on special self-lubricating bushes. The cradle frame with two hydraulic cylinders on the sides of the structure, controlled by a proportional solenoid valve and an encoder. Each cylinder is fitted with a electrical safety check valve to prevent any malfunction operation. The two half-side door shell, are handled,individually, side by two hydraulic cylinders and driven by a robust Central column in steel, chrome plated and ground, sliding on special bushes selflubricating. Laterally to each half, are fitted with two shoes bearing, sliding on a steel plate attached to the cradle, which ensure stability during their movement. HALF BACK: Mounted on the cradle consists of a base plate on which is fixed half back. Handling obtained by two hydraulic cylinders and driven by a sturdy center column of steel, chrome and ground, sliding on special self-lubricating bushes. OVERHEAD BRIDGE: The cradle is fixed overhead bridge carrying the male plate. The tilting is accomplished by two hydraulic cylinders, controlled by limit switches and controlled by a proportional solenoid valve and an encoder. On each cylinder is fitted with a balancing valve safety feature to prevent any malfunction. The perfect closure of the bridge is provided by two hydraulic cylinders. The plate is driven by male two hydraulic cylinders and guided by two sturdy columns of steel, chrome and ground, sliding on special self-lubricating bushes. Plate male are located more than four hydraulic cylinders, which act as ex-male for the handling of the mold. Also on the plate male set an upper cylinder radial function to move the male within the mold. The overhead bridge is equipped with a manual adjustment vertical axis of the machine. The movements of the machine are controlled by solenoid valves controlling linked by pipeline to the various hydraulic cylinders partly rigid and partly flexible mounted on the machine. The gravity die casting machine is complete with a series of cooling (water, air and gas ) for the mold and machine. Support a flow right and left designed and constructed to adjust and indicate the flow of cooling water. Thermocouples located on the deck and installed on the base to measure the mold temperature. GROUP POURING CUP: Fixed on the cradle consists of a horizontal arm which is fixed pouring cup. Movements performed by means of a hydraulic cylinder controlled by a proportional solenoid valve and an encoder. ELECTRICAL PANEL : Electrical panel separated from the machine made according to European norms duty cycle controlled by a programmable controller (PLC). Operator pannell installed The electrical panel to identify potential problems in operation and for the preparation of working cycles. In addition the electrical panel has four digital temperature displaying the temperature of the mold in certain areas of the machine PANEL CONTROLS: Located at the operator for shifting wheels for the control of manual movements of the machine. SECURITY SYSTEM : The machine is installed fixed guards to eliminate the risk of accidents and for safety, in order to avoid personal alien may travel or stay in dangerous areas near the island. Three pairs of safety barriers to complete each panel, set as a fixed guard to prevent access to the machine. Among transmitter and receiver creates a protective field in twodimensional infrareds.the rays' breakdown in this protected area will bring immediate Stop the machine before the person can enter the area dangerous. Hydraulic unit : The Hydraulic unit type "CPMS 600 lt.2x22 4PE" consists mainly of: Tank for oil; Frame support unit; Hydraulic Unit; Unit consists of a six hundred liter tank, complete with two 22 kw motor pumps located inside the frame. Accumulator with block Arrest installed for safety and unload it, heat exchanger oil-water, pressure filter and exhaust, the level indicator, thermometer and thermostat security. Block hydraulic pressure to put in the pump unit full cover, check valve, solenoid valve and pressure gauge. Complete an optical level control unit, located on the top of the tank, to control the fluid level. 5
MANIPULATOR-loading core : The machine is made of sturdy welded milled and bored. It consists mainly of a base which carries a column rotating the carrier arm. The rotation of the column is achieved by a hydraulic motor, coupled to thrust bearing with a pinion, which is controlled by mechanical stops, limit switches and managed by a proportional solenoid valve. The arm carriage, sliding through unit ball is moved vertically by a hydraulic cylinder located inside the rotating column. The cylinder is fitted with a safety valve to prevent electrical safety accidental falls of the truck due to power anomalies of the lift cylinder. Cart is hinged on the boom driven by a cylinder hydraulics and controlled by mechanical stops. The movements of the machine are controlled by solenoid valves controlling linked by pipeline to the various hydraulic cylinders partly rigid and partly mounted on flexible rotating column. MANIPULATOR unloading : The machine is made of sturdy welded milled and bored. It consists mainly of a base which carries a column rotating the carrier arm.the rotation of the column is carried by a motor hydraulically coupled to the thrust bearing by means of a pinion toothed, controlled by mechanical stops, limit switches and managed by a proportional solenoid.the trolley arm, sliding through unit ball, is moved vertically by a hydraulic cylinder located within the column rotante.on cylinder is fitted with a valve Electric safety lock to prevent accidental spills caused by truck anomalies power cylinder lifting.on shopping cart hinged to the boom driven by a hydraulic cylinder and controlled by mechanical stops.
