Dear Sir: We are re-tendering for two new 2015 or current model year regular cab, ¾ ton work trucks for the Operational Services Department and Parks Department for the Town of Yarmouth. Please find attached a tender form, together with the necessary specifications, all for your use in submitting tender prices for the above noted vehicles. Items requiring special mention are as follows: (a) (b) (c) truck supplier is to indicate manufacturer and model upon which he is basing his tender price, as well as, the anticipated delivery date. Any variation from the specifications shall be noted on the bid, and may be cause for rejection. One copy of the manufacturer s published specification shall be included with the tender. The following models would be considered to be acceptable for the full size pickup trucks: Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD, GMC Sierra 2500HD, Ford F-250SD, Dodge Ram 2500, or approved equivalents. supplier is required to submit pricing for two trucks based upon a straight sale with no trade in.
