EDS REPLY Point No.1 Reply Please submit the copy of lease deed initially granted & its subsequent renewal showing valid executed lease document or valid LOI as on date in the name of M/s. Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. Initially, Mining lease was granted by State Govt vide their order no- 3-133/95/12/2 dated 19.04.2000 in favor of M/s Raymond Ltd for 20 yrs. Transfer of mining lease from Raymond s to M/s Lafarge India Pvt. Ltd was done by State Govt vide their letter No M-3/110/2000/12-1 dated 08.12.2000 and executed in Form O on 17 th January, 2001. With reference to the Government of India amended Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act dated 12 th January, 2015 the mining lease period has been extended upto 25.08.2050. Accordingly lease agreement has been amended for said period on date 13.04.2017. Name change in mining lease from Lafarge India Limited to Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. was done by State Govt vide their order no F-3-86/2007/12 (2) dated 3.11.2017. Adendum to Mining lease documents in favor of M/s. Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd was done on 30.11.2017.
