Safety Instructions: Be aware that the body of the Microinverters is the heat sink and can reach a temperature of 80 under extreme conditions. To reduce risk of burns, do not touch. Please install the inverter where children can not reach to reduce risk of shock and burns. Minors and mental patients prohibition use of this products. Perform all electrical installations in accordance with all local electrical codes. Be aware that only qualified personnel should install and/or replace Microinverters. Connect the Microinverter to the electrical utility grid only after receiving prior approval from the utility company, and only qualified electrical engineer can perform the operation. Non-professionals do not disassemble or repair the inverter. If the inverter fails, please contact your dealer or manufacturer. Before installing or using the Microinverter, please read all instructions and cautionary markings in the technical description and on the Microinverter system and the PV-array. Please install the inverter in ventilated place and away from flammable materials. Do NOT disconnect the PV module from the Microinverter before removing AC power. The inverter transform solar photovoltaic (PV) DC power into AC power and fed into the power grid. Do not use this product for other purposes, for any damage and loss resulting from non-intended use, the manufacturer / supplier disclaims all responsibility. 2

3. Installation 3.1 Notes before installation 3.1.1 Check the product and the parts if complete, the list as below: Product or parts name Quantity Microinverter 1 User Manual 1 Screws(1200W) 1 Auxiliary support 1 AC cable 1 3.1.2 Check the installation Ambient if as requested: Local ambient temperature is -20 ~60 ; No easy corrosive gas or liquid nearby; Not be installed in easily flooded or snow-covered areas; Not be installed in an enclosed or non-ventilated place; Prohibition install it near flammable materials; Not be installed in direct sunlight; Install the Microinverter in the place where children can not touch. 3.1.3 Solar panel if as requested: Recommend to use 60cells or 72cells solar panel,the Voc must be in the range of the inverter s operation voltage range. If you use 36cells solar panel, you can connect 2pcs in series then connect to Micoinverter, and the total power can t over 350W. There have 4 input ports of the MaySun-1200W(2 for Maysun-600W),we recommend to use 4pcs (2pcs for MaySun-600W) of solar panel to connect with the Microinverte. MaySun Microinverters input port use standard MC4 connector, please check if there have MC4 connector of solar panel. 7

3.1.4 Confirm the voltage and frequency of the MaySun Microinverter which you ordered is match with your local utility grid. Except bracket, solar panel, inverter and other related parts, you also need the below tools and parts: Screw driver Monkey wrench Wire stripper AC distribution box breaker 3.2 Installation step: 3.2.1 3.2.2 3.2.3 Prohibition to connect the Maysun Microinverter to utility grid if do not install the inverter following the below steps. Please determine the installation site refer to 3.1.2 3.2.1 Fix the Maysun Micorinverter in the right position according to the bracket and junction box.(eg. Install it in the middle of the 4 solar panels.) Make sure the inverter and bracket grounding, otherwise install a dedicated line for the inverter of grounding. 8

3.2.2 Use the AC cable to connect the neighboring Maysun Microinverters, and the end terminal of cable connect to the AC box. L N E Before connect the AC box, make sure do not connect to utility grid. If the AC output voltage in the range of 200-250V, the maximum is 5pcs Maysun-1200W Microinverters(10PCS for Maysun-600W) for each branch; if the AC output voltage in the range of 100-130V, the maximum is 3pcs Maysun1200w Microinverters(6pcs for Maysu-600W) for each branch; the maximum current is 30A for each branch. Select the right earth leakage protection switch and breaker according to the system maximum current. 3.2.3 Covered the solar panel with opaque object, then connect the Maysun Microinverter with the solar panel. Maysun1200W have 4 DC input ports(maysun600w have 2), each input port can connect maximum 350W(20A), over power or over current will damage the Maysun Microinverters. 9

3.2.4 Check all the terminal in right and stable connected,then connect to utility grid and remove the opaque object on the solar panel. 3.2.5 Check the LED on the Maysun Microinverters, if the LED in green, congratulations, you complete finish the installation. 4. LED instructions: DC power supply the LED,if the DC voltage around 10.5V, the LED will light up. 1 LED in green: LED stable green :Microinverter work,mppt locked. LED flicker green:microinverter work,mppt is been tracking. 2 LED in red: LED stable red:protection statue, check 1 DC voltage if low(below 10.5V)or high(above 50V) 2 Utility grid power off or the utility voltage is not match the Microinverter 3 Short circuit of AC terminal. Red Green Flashing: 1 Microinverter start to work; 2 input voltage or current not stable, pls check if there have enough current from the solar panel. 5. Steps for replace fault Microinverter: 1 Use opaque object to cover the solar panels which connect to the fault Microinverter; 2 Disconnect the fault Microinverter and utility grid; 3 Disconnect the fault Microinverter and AC cable; 4 Disconnect the fault Microinverter and solar panel; 5 Remove the fault Microinverter from the bracket; 6 Fix the new Microinverter to the bracket; 7 Connect the new Microinverter to the AC cable; 8 Connect the new Microinverter to the solar panel; 9 Connect the new Microinverter to the utility grid; 10 Remove the opaque object on the solar panel. 10
