Executive Summary This report contains final Capacity Auction Results for the T-1 Capacity Auction in respect of Capacity Year 2019/2020, which took place on the 13 th of December 2018. The Capacity Auction summary results are presented below in Table 1. This report includes further details with respect to the Final Qualification Decisions for the 2019/2020 T-1 Capacity Auction as well as the Final Capacity Auction Results per individual CMU.

Introduction In accordance with paragraph F.9.5.1 of the Capacity Market Code, this report contains Final Capacity Auction Results for the T-1 Capacity Auction, which took place on the 13 th of December 2018, in respect of Capacity Year 2019/2020. The Final Capacity Auction Results were approved by the Regulatory Authorities on February 1 st 2019 in accordance with F.9.3 of the CMC. In accordance with section D.1.1.1 of the CMC, the Capacity Year 2019/2020 is the period commencing at the start of the Trading Day beginning at 23:00 on 30th September 2019 and ending at the end of the Trading Day ending at 23:00 on 30th September 2020. MW refers to a megawatt of de-rated capacity, unless otherwise stated. For prices specified in /MW per year or /MW per year, year refers to a 12- month year, unless otherwise stated. Final Qualification Decisions A total of 113 Capacity Market Units sought to qualify for the T-1 2019/20 Capacity Auction, seeking to qualify a total of 9193.94 MW of Nominated De-Rated Capacity. Of these, a total of 105 Capacity Market Units (CMUs) successfully qualified for the 2019/2020 T-1 Capacity Auction. This equates to a total of 8533.489 MW of Net De-Rated Capacity; 8133.589 MW of Existing Capacity and 399.900 MW of New Capacity. Table 1 and Figure 1 provide a summary of Final Qualification Decisions by Technology Class for both Existing Capacity and New Capacity. Figure 1 - Qualified CMUs per Technology Type Opt-Out Notifications were submitted to the System Operators in respect of three Candidate Units. Please refer to Appendix A for the full provision of Final Qualification Decisions per CMC Section F.9.5.1A (c). Final Capacity Auction Results A total of 100 Capacity Market Units submitted valid Capacity Auction Offers for the 2019/2020 T-1 Capacity Auction. A total of 8,396.518 MW of de-rated capacity was offered into the auction and the total successful de-rated capacity in the auction was 8,265.964 MW. The Auction Clearing Price was 40,645.66 /MW per year and 36,890.00 /MW per year. The Capacity Auction Results and total Awarded Capacity for each CMU are listed in Table 3 in accordance with the requirements of CMC paragraph F.9.5.1A. 25 Capacity Market Units were successfully Awarded New Capacity within the 2019/2020 T-1 Capacity Auction. In accordance with paragraph F.9.1.1 (b) of the CMC, please find Awarded New Capacity Implementation Plan details listed in Table 4 of this document.

A unique identifier that identifies the Generator Unit or Interconnector Unit that is qualified by the System Operators to participate in a Capacity Auction under the Capacity Market Code. A megawatt value of capacity in respect of a new Unit that is adjusted with a de-rating factor to take account of the reliability of that Unit. A megawatt value of capacity in respect of an existing Unit that is adjusted with a de-rating factor to take account of the reliability of that Unit. A megawatt value of capacity in respect of the total of new and existing capacity for a Unit that is adjusted with a de-rating factor to take account of the reliability of that Unit.
