Lessons Learned Prepare for long lead.me - nego.a.ng leases, u.lity easements and opera.ng agreements. Work closely with your electric u.li.es. Plan for future expansion (u.lity upgrades, trenching, boring, backfill resurfacing). Install CHAdeMO and CCS dual chargers. Have overlapping EVSE coverage (EV Project). Don t place EVSE under trees (Ridgefield Rookery). Prepare for weather condi.ons (radiant- heated concrete pad, snowplow for mountain areas). Educate your elected officials, Market your services. See the Washington State EV Ac.on Plan.
