CHOOSE TOSAVE Take control of your electric bill by choosing the pricing plan that is right for you. Time-of-Use Peak Demand Demand Time-of-Use Basic

SHIFT YOUR USAGE AND SAVE Sometimes you can save money just by changing when you do things, like attending a matinee movie. Tucson Electric Power offers similar savings to customers who can limit their use of large appliances, pool pumps and other energy intensive tasks during peak usage periods. You can reduce your electric bill by choosing a pricing plan that offers lower rates and shifting your usage away from on-peak hours when customers typically use the most power. TIME-OF-USE HOURS Summer: May-September Monday- Friday midnight - 3 p.m. 3-7 p.m. on-peak 7 p.m. - midnight Weekends & Major Holidays Monday- Friday Weekends & Major Holidays midnight - 6 a.m. Winter: October-April 6-9 a.m. 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on-peak 6-9 p.m. 9 p.m. - midnight on-peak Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year s Day. See tep.com/time-of-use for more information. Time-of-use hours apply to the Time-of-Use, Peak Demand and Demand Time-of-Use pricing plans.

TIME-OF-USE Our Time-of-Use pricing plan rewards those who shift their usage away from on-peak hours when customers typically use energy the most. Avoid using a lot of energy during on-peak hours to maximize your savings. Enjoy lower energy charges throughout most of the day. If you use a lot of power during on-peak hours, your energy costs could increase. Changes in your household s energy habits may be necessary to achieve savings. Customers who leave this plan cannot return to Time-of-Use for at least 12 months. Basic Service Charge: $10 per month Energy Charge, per kilowatt-hour (kwh): Summer (May-Sept) Winter (Oct-Apr) Up to 500 kwh Up to 500 kwh On-peak: 13.87 cents On-peak: 10.47 cents Off-peak: 9.85 cents Off-peak: 9.78 cents 501-1,000 kwh 501-1,000 kwh On-peak: 14.77 cents On-peak: 11.37 cents Off-peak: 10.75 cents Off-peak: 10.68 cents More than 1,000 kwh More than 1,000 kwh On-peak: 15.32 cents On-peak: 11.92 cents Off-peak: 11.30 cents Off-peak: 11.23 cents

PEAK DEMAND Our Peak Demand pricing plan combines a lower usage-based rate with a demand charge based on your highest individual hour of usage during the on-peak time periods in your billing cycle. Avoid the simultaneous use of large appliances such as your oven, clothes dryer and dishwasher during on-peak hours to reduce your demand and increase your savings. Take advantage of a significantly lower usage-based rate around the clock. If you use a lot of power for an hour during on-peak periods, your energy costs could increase even if that happens just once during a billing cycle. Customers who leave this plan cannot return to Peak Demand for at least 12 months. Basic Service Charge, per month: $10 - single phase $15 - three phase Energy Charge, per kwh: Summer (May-Sept) 6.98 cents Demand Charge, per kw: Up to 7 kw: $8.85 More than 7 kw: $12.85 Winter (Oct-Apr) 6.65 cents On-peak hours apply. See time-of-use graphs for details.

DEMAND TIME-OF-USE Our Demand Time-of-Use pricing plan combines our lowest usage rates with higher on-peak rates and a demand charge based on your highest individual hour of usage during the on-peak time periods in your billing cycle. Avoid the simultaneous use of large appliances during on-peak hours to reduce your demand. Reduce your energy use during on-peak hours by shifting consumption to times when rates are lower. Use a programmable thermostat and timers to avoid or reduce the use of air conditioning, pool pumps, electric water heaters and other equipment during on-peak hours. If you use a lot of power during on-peak hours, your energy costs could increase even if that happens during just a single hour of your billing cycle. Customers who leave this plan cannot return to Demand Time-of-Use for at least 12 months. Basic Service Charge: $10 per month Energy Charge, per kwh: Summer (May-Sept) On-peak: 10.06 cents Off-peak: 6.03 cents Demand Charge, per kw: Up to 7 kw: $8.85 More than 7 kw: $12.85 Winter (Oct-Apr) On-peak: 6.66 cents Off-peak: 5.96 cents On-peak hours apply. See time-of-use graphs for details.

BASIC Our Basic pricing plan is a traditional option for customers who would like to be charged based on their total monthly electric use. No need to worry about what times of day you use electricity use less, and you ll save more. Because higher rates apply to usage in excess of 500 kwh and 1,000 kwh, your savings are greater when you reduce usage that exceeds those levels. On this plan, you can only lower your bill by reducing your total monthly energy usage. Other residential pricing plans offer an opportunity for greater savings when you shift your usage away from on-peak time periods. Basic Service Charge, per month: $13 - single phase $18 - three phase Energy Charge, per kwh: Summer (May-Sept) Up to 500 kwh: 10.20 cents 501-1,000 kwh: 11.70 cents 1,001 + kwh: 12.25 cents Winter (Oct-Apr) Up to 500 kwh: 9.87 cents 501-1,000 kwh: 11.37 cents 1,001 + kwh: 11.92 cents Which plan should you consider?
