Battery Installation 1.5V x 3 AAA (LR03) Shown Actual Size Battery Compartment Door Locate the battery compartment on the back of the toy. Loosen the screw in the battery compartment door with a Phillips screwdriver. Remove the battery compartment door. Insert three AAA (LR03) alkaline batteries, as indicated inside the battery compartment. Hint: We recommend using alkaline batteries for longer battery life. Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten. When sounds become faint or stop, it's time for an adult to change the batteries!

Battery Safety Information In exceptional circumstances, batteries may leak fl uids that can cause a chemical burn injury or ruin your product. To avoid battery leakage: Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium). Take the Show on the Road! Insert the ROM cartridge into the slot in the microphone. 1 Locate the voice volume switch on the back of the toy. Slide the voice volume switch on the back of the toy to either on with low volume or on with high volume. Hints: - This switch controls the volume of your voice. Press the track forward button to move ahead to the next song on the ROM cartridge. Use the volume/power dial to adjust the music volume.
