AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. REGISTRATION in order to register, we require a R 5 000 refundable deposit payable by EFT, BANK GUARANTEED CHEQUE or CASH DEPOSIT directly into our bank account. Bank Guaranteed Cheques must be made out to Claremart Auctioneers Pty Ltd only. Cheques made out the Claremart Auction Group can not be accepted as payment. No cash will be accepted on site. PAYMENT & COLLECTIONS All invoices must be settled directly after the auction. No cash will be accepted. VAT of 14% is payable on all items, except passenger vehicles, as well as auctioneer s commission of 5% plus VAT on commission. No items shall be removed from the auction floor during the time of sale or prior to full payment made by the Purchaser. The Purchaser will be responsible for the removal of his or her goods and for any damages to the building or other items while removing his goods. All goods purchased must be removed immediately after the sale or by such time as announced by the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer will only store the items after a written agreement between the Auctioneer and the Purchaser. This will be at the expense of the Purchaser. All purchases are to be removed at the purchaser s risk by no later than Friday 26 June 2015 at 15:30. 4. AUCTION SALE CONDITIONS All items are sold voetstoots and no warranties or guarantees are given or implied. It is deemed that buyers have acquainted themselves with the lots for which they bid. Bidders will not be permitted to bid on behalf of a 3 rd party. Bidders will be held personally liable for payment in full as per the Terms and Conditions of this Public Auction. No cancellations will be allowed. Bidders must pay for each lot that they bid on. Deposits will be forfeited on items which has been bid on and not paid for. The Auctioneers may combine lots or sell them individually. The auctioneer s role is final and binding. Lot numbers which are subject to confirmation (STC) will be confirmed by the Seller s at their discretion. Bidders will be contacted telephonically as soon as confirmation has been received.
