There is a lay by approx. 1 mile east of Llandovery on the A40 where cars can be unloaded, and trailers parked Due to the lack of room in the mart, NO private cars will be allowed, only vehicles towing trailers Do not use or block access roads. If you park your car in the public car park do not forget to pay the parking charge. Once you have completed scrutineering, please proceed to the Castle Hotel (rear entrance) where documentation will be completed. SERVICE INFORMATION Access to Epynt will only be via the Dual carriageway MR 160/861371, this will allow competitors to park their trailers in lay byes at map ref 160/862342. There is no other area on Epynt where trailers can be parked. NO trailers will be allowed to be parked in the service area. If trailers are found in service area you will be asked to move them. In previous years and despite the organisers requests competitors have continued to take their trailers and private cars into the service area, we have therefore decided to employ professional Security personnel to cover the access roads approaching the service area and they will have the instruction not to allow any trailers into the service area. Competitors will be issued with passes (2 per crew), to allow access for private vehicles to access the service area. They must be parked in the designated area marked on enclosed map. This ruling is for you, your service crew and anybody associated with the event, to make the service area as safe as possible Any competitor who abuses this system and leaves their car in the service area may find it has been removed and they will be reported to the Clerk of the Course for appropriate action to be taken. The Service area is situated at the Quarry between map ref 160/ 868387 and 160/ 878397 The service area is just large enough to accommodate the whole field providing crews are not selfish. A refreshment unit along with toilets will be situated in the Service Area.
