INTRODUCTION Daniel Brown has a successful racing history starting at the age of 12 in karting, competing in various regional championships in Rotax MiniMax, achieving early successes. Just after his 14th Birthday Daniel became the youngest ever UK racing licence holder and moved to the very competitive TCars Championship. In 2006, Daniel competed in the TCars and SaxMax Championships, with several podium finishes for the year. In 2007, Daniel continued in the TCars Championship and achieved the ultimate goal of becoming TCars Champion. Daniel s challenge for 2008 was the Formula Palmer Audi Championship, where he showed that he had the pace and finished the year as Rookie champion. For 2009, Daniel made a decision to focus his career in a new direction and moved to the Avon Tyres British GT Championship competing for Rollcentre in the Mosler MT900 GT3 with several podium finishes. Daniel continued his participation in the British GT Championship in 2010, driving a Ferrari 430 Scuderia GT3, with rapid veteran Chris Hyman, backed by the fuel additive brand, STP. In 2011, Daniel moved in to the FIA GT3 European Championship, driving for leading Italian squad AF Corse in a Ferrari 458 GT3. Daniel was recognised for his driving talents and successes at a high level, and became one of the youngest, full members of the BRDC. Daniel continued through the ranks of sportscar racing in 2012 by driving a Ferrari 458 GT3 for AF Corse in the Blancpain Endurance in the Pro-Am category, and having the opportunity to race at the 24 Hours of Spa. 2013 saw a return to the British GT Championship in a BMW Z4 GT3 where Daniel enjoyed much success with a number of and pole positions and battling for the title until the final round of the season. Daniel made an exciting step up into the European Le Mans in 2014, driving an Aston Martin Vantage GTE for Gulf. This association with Gulf was continued through the season with Daniel driving both a Lamborghini and Porsche in the European Le Mans. Alongside driving the modern machinery, Daniel has also taken part in a wide range of different Historic race series over the past few years and has become recognised as both a fast and safe driver.
