Slides Grey cast iron EN-GJL-250 quality, and termally stabilised. Guides of cross slide hardened and ground and are protected with telescopic covers. The counterguides of both slides are provided with a synthetic material with a low friction coefficient. Automatic lubrication of guideways and transfer mechanisms of slides with pressure failure or low oil control systems. Portable electronic handwheel for manual movement of the slides, attached to control unit by means of a cable. Feed drivers and measuring system Slides movements are performed by means of AC servomotors. Feed transmission to the slides is performed by means of the precision ball screws with axially preloaded double nuts. Safety limit switches for slides movements. Longitudinal servomotor : 60/100 K = 27 / 33 Nm Transversal servomotor : 60/100 K = 14 / 18 Nm Measuring of slides displacement is performed with accuracy rotary encoders.
