(Figure ) Remove (4) 0 MM bolts securing radio. (Figure ) Unclip and remove entire panel including hazard switch and clock. (Figure ) Remove the left and right radio brackets from the radio chassis. (Figure ) ttach the corresponding radio housing bracket to the radio housing using the included Phillips screws. (Figure ) Slide the DIN cage into the Radio Housing and secure by bending the metal locking tabs down. (Figure ) Slide the aftermarket head unit into the cage and secure. (Figure D) Secure the Radio Housing into the dash using the factory hardware. D 3

(Figure ) ttach the corresponding radio housing bracket to the radio housing using the included Phillips screws. (Figure ) Mount the ISO rackets to the head unit with the screws supplied with the unit. (Figure ) Slide the head unit into the radio opening until the side clips engage. (Figure D) Snap the ISO Trim Plate into the Radio Housing. (Figure D) Secure the radio housing into the dash using the factory hardware. D 4
99-824 KIT SSEMLY DOULE DIN HED UNIT PROVISION Slide the aftermarket radio unit into the factory brackets and secure the unit to the brackets using the screws supplied with the head unit. (Figure ) 2 3 Secure the aftermarket radio unit and factory bracket assembly into the sub dash. (Figure ) *NOTE: Do not fully tighten screws until radio housing trim panel has been snapped over assembly. Secure the DDIN/Stacked ISO Head Unit Trim Panel into the sub dash using the supplied white grommet insert and the 3/4 Phillips Pan Head Screw. (Figure ) 5
99-824 KIT SSEMLY STKED ISO DIN HED UNIT PROVISION Slide the aftermarket radio units into the factory brackets and secure the unit to the brackets using the screws supplied with the head unit. (Figure ) 2 Secure the aftermarket radio units and factory bracket assembly into the sub dash. (Figure ) *NOTE: Do not fully tighten screws until radio housing trim panel has been snapped over assembly. 3 Secure the DDIN/Stacked ISO Head Unit Trim Panel into the sub dash using the supplied white grommet insert and the 3/4 Phillips Pan Head Screw. (Figure ) 6
FINL SSEMLY Locate the factory wiring harness in the dash and make the connection as shown. Metra recomends using the proper mating adapter and making the connections as shown. (Isolate and individually tape off the ends of any unused wires to prevent electrical short circuit.) 2 Re-connect the negative battery terminal and test the unit for proper operation. 3 Reassemble radio and dash assemblies in reverse order of disassembly. FINL WIRING ONNETIONS 99-824 FINL SSEMLY Make wiring connections using the EI color code chart shown below and the instructions included with the head unit. Metra recommends making connections as shown below; Strip, Splice, Solder, Tape.
