Each kit provides hoses and tubes to connect a Cascade Integral Sideshifter or Fork Positioner to a Toyota truck. High Termination Installation Kits Install the port weldment to the upper carriage bracket. Tighten the capscrews to a torque of ft.-lbs. (0 Nm). Connect the tubes and fittings to the port weldment and hose terminal fittings. 4th Function Kits Tighten the tube bracket capscrews to a torque of ft.-lbs. (0 Nm). 4th Function Kits Install lower hooks. Adjust hooks to.09 in. (. mm) clearance with sideshifter lower carriage bar. Tighten capscrews to a torque of 0 ft.-lbs. Fork Positioner Installation Kits Install the brackets and fittings to the carriage brackets. Tighten the capscrews to a torque of ft.-lbs. (0 Nm). Connect the tubes to the bracket fittings and carriage hose terminal fittings. 4th Function Kits Tighten the tube bracket capscrews to a torque of ft.-lbs. (0 Nm). Install hoses to the bracket fittings and fork positioner supply fittings. Position hoses to track smoothly without kinking or fore/aft movement.
