AXInet is a system that optimizes the operation of charging stations using chargers from the FLEXIS series. The system connects individual chargers into groups according to their batteries and evaluates their condition. The AXInet system increases usability of batteries and chargers, thus reducing operating costs to the minimum. The AXInet data network system can connect up to 255 FLEXIS chargers and thereby acquire an overview of the condition and utilization of the operation. HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE Composition of the system: FLEXIS charger dimensioned according to the relevant battery and requested charging time, which contains: - CPU MAX fully-fitted control system - AXI FF 485 control board for communication via the RS485 line - AXI FF 1LED if optical signalisation of battery ready for removal is selected - AXI FF CAB 485 connection cable central system unit, which contains: - Computer with operating system Windows 7 - Flexis CPU MAX control system - module AXI FF 485 - converter from RS485 to USB - GSM module (optional) - wi-fi and ethernet router (optional) - keyboard and mouse (optional) - HDMI monitor (optional) - industrial level casing Display unit (optional) - large screen monitor - wi-fi or Ethernet connection - internet browser The system software consists of separate modules that can be combined according to the customer s needs. Moduls : BASIC / TABLO / GSM / STATISTIC / IDENTIFICATION The basic module BASIC is always active. Additional programme modules are activated based on the requirements of a given application. BASIC MODULE Basic system module For system configuration, the following user options are available: charger number individual charger names grouping chargers group names grouping chargers into rooms remote configuration option via web interface Additional functions: displays the system status on the screen optional overall display or per individual area signals the position of the longest charged battery in the group - the system sends a signal to the relevant charger to turn on the green light - permits choice of operation (battery charger indicator, free space indicator, indication of both positions at the same time, blocking of faulty charging point)
TABLO MODULE Display module for charging status The TABLO module facilitates the display of the charging point on large screens. Display options: several groups in one representation each group represented separately individual representations for displaying related information BATTERY CHARGERS and POWER SUPPLIES for INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
GSM MODULE Alarm dispatch module Carries out the sending of SMS messages to a pre-selected telephone number in case of a preselected event occurrence. Setting options: different telephone number or email address for each group of batteries optimization of the number of messages sent during simultaneous occurrence of the same event for multiple chargers number of sent messages limited in the case of repeated events zero credit or connection error notification

IDENTIFICATION MODULE Module for identifying system units enables the following system setting to be entered: - identification of battery - identification of controller - identification of carrier enables reading of identification data: - barcode - QR code - RFID chip Only use of one reading system per each application is assumed. Readers are equipped with a docking station and Bluetooth technology with a range of up to 70 meters.
