Strategic Partner Potencia Industrial is a manufacturing company with a history that spans 110 years. Headquartered in Mexico City, Potencia designs and manufacturers special application, high-efficiency electric motors and generators. Exro and Potencia entered into a strategic collaboration agreement to jointly develop common business opportunities between our two companies. This partnership with Potencia provides a valuable opportunity to advance the commercial readiness of our technology. Initially, we are focused on advancing two key collaborative projects one for electric motors and one for generators. 9

Potencia Industrial Projects Electric Motors The Electric Motor project is focused on converting traditional internal combustion engines in Mexico City s taxis to electric motors, as part of the mayor s initiative to green the city s taxi fleet. We will jointly work to integrate Exro s hardware and software technology into Potencia s motor drives. IEMS will be tested initially with the battery systems followed by testing on Potencia electric motors. The goal is to establish full communications between several systems utilizing IEMS so optimal efficiency and performance are achieved. Generators The Generator Project incorporates our technology in a Potencia generator used for a small wind turbine. Objective is to demonstrate that we can control voltage and current at this level resulting in small renewable power sources (hydro, wind, etc) producing more power. Strategic Partner Lithium Werks is a global company with a leadership position in advancing lithium ion battery technology and application.
