The present candidates are currently implementing research works in the area of controlled combustion, alternative fuel and fuel system for ICE. 8.2 MSc/MEng Twenty students were supervised for their MSc/MEng thesis between 2002 till 2014works in the area of controlled combustion, alternative fuel and fuel system for ICE.. 2

Eng Over 130 students were supervised by the applicant since 1991 for their undergraduate thesis work in areas of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, engineering design and internal combustion engines. 9.0 Research Projects As to date the applicant has accumulated more 20R&D research projects since 1986 amounted to more than RM 10 million in wide range of field such as alternative fuel and system, emission and combustion, biomass combustors and in-cylinder combustion studies in gasoline, diesel and HCCI engines. 10.0 Patents 1. Patent application filed for a product entitled An Exhaust Gas Recirculation System for a Two-stroke Engine, 18 th March 2015. 11.0 Consultancy Work Has undertaken numerous consultancy work from 1990 till today, among which are as follows: 1) To recomment and suggest the appropriate methods for the implementation ECE 40 regulation, pertaining to the exhaust emission of motor vehicle.
