North Area Service Center Fuel System 3999 Lakeside Drive, Richmond, CA 94806 (Contra Costa County) Located in the City of Richmond at the District s North Area Maintenance Yard. This facility has four dual dispenser units serving diesel and gasoline from each dispenser. The dispensers are served from a single 4,000 gallon Aboveground Storage Tank (AST), (separated 2,000 for diesel and 2,000 for gasoline). This site has an existing tank monitoring system as it connected to the District s FuelMaster System. 2.0. SD-1 WWTP Fuel System 2020 Wake Ave, Oakland, CA 94607 (Alameda County) Located in the City of Oakland at the District s Wastewater Treatment Plant. This facility has four shelf mounted pumps, two for diesel and two for gasoline. The dispensers are served from a single 2,000 gallon AST, (1,000 for diesel and 1,000 for gasoline). This site has an existing tank monitoring system as it connected to the District s FuelMaster System. 3.0. Adeline Fuel Facility 2100 Poplar Street Oakland, CA 94607 (Alameda County) This is a dedicated fuel facility located in West Oakland adjacent the Districts Central Maintenance Yard. This fuel station has four dual dispenser cabinets. Three of these dispensers serve both diesel and gasoline, and one dispenser serves gasoline from both hoses. The dispensers are served from two 12,000 gallon underground tanks one for diesel and one for gasoline respectively. Oakport Storage Center Fuel System 5601 Oakport Street, Oakland, CA 94621 (Alameda County) Located in the southern portion of the City of Oakland, this facility has two shelf mounted pumps one for diesel and one for gasoline. The dispensers are served from two separate 1,000 gallon ASTs. This site has an existing tank monitoring system and it is 5.0. Orinda Watershed Headquarters Fuel System 500 San Pablo Dam Road, Orinda, CA94563 (Contra Costa County) Located in the southern end of the San Pablo Reservoir in the City of Orinda. This facility has two dispenser units each with a single hose. The dispensers are served from two separate underground tanks. The diesel tank is 1,000 gallons and the gasoline tank is 2,000 gallons. This site has an existing tank monitoring system and it is 6.0. San Pablo Recreation Area Fuel System 7301 San Pablo Dam Road, El Sobrante, CA94803 (Contra Costa County) Located at the San Pablo Reservoir Marina in the City of El Sobrante. This facility has a single shelf mounted pump connected to a 1,000 gallon tank for gasoline only. This facility of used primarily by the concessionaire of the recreation facility. This site does not have a tank monitoring system and it is not connected to the District s FuelMaster System. 7.0. Walnut Creek Pumping Plant Fuel System 1841 Geary Road, Walnut Creek, CA 94596 (Contra Costa County) Located at District s raw water pumping plant in the City of Walnut Creek. This facility has two shelf mounted dispensers, one for diesel and one for gasoline. The dispensers are served by a separated 1,000 gallon tank, 500 gallons for diesel and 500 gallons for gasoline. Castenada Service Center Fuel System 5050 Crow Canyon Road, San Ramon, CA 94583 (Contra Costa County) Located in the City of San Ramon on the District s Castenada Service Yard. One dispenser is for 91 octane and one cabinet serving a single product is for 87 octane gasoline. Currently only the 87 13.1 Evaluate and recommend a dispenser octane pump is working. The pumps are served with pay at the pump features from a separated 10,000 gal AST (2,700/7,300). 13.2 Remove and dispose of existing 10,000 This site is operated by the District s concessionaire gallon tank California Parks Company. This site has an existing 13.3 Evaluate/Design alternate location for tank monitoring system but is not connected to the new AST 13.4 Design new piping, electrical and appurtenances as needed 13.5 Design new fuel monitoring system 14.0. 18.0. Pardee Recreation Area Fuel System 4900 Stony Creek Road, Ione, CA 95640 (Amador County) RETAIL: Located at the Pardee Recreation Area on the north side of the Pardee Reservoir. This site has three retail dispensers served by three separate ASTs. There is a 2,000 gallon tank for gasoline, a 1,000 gallon tank for a 50:1 mix, and a 2,000 gallon tank for diesel. The 50:1 mix tank is not in service. This site does have a tank monitoring system and is not This site is operated by the District s concessionaire Rocky Mountain Recreation. 19.0. Mokelumne River Fish Hatchery Fuel System 25800 North McIntire Road, Clements, CA 95227 (San Joaquin County) Located at the base of the Camanche Reservoir Dam. This facility has two shelf mounted dispensers, one for diesel and one for gasoline. The dispensers are served by a separated 2,000 gallon tank, 500 gallons for diesel and 1, 500 gallons for gasoline. This site does have a tank monitoring system and is not connected to the District s FuelMaster System. The site is used exclusively by the State of California s Department of Fish & Wildlife. 18.0 Design/upgrade dispensers for retail sales, evaluate a pay at the pump option. 18.1 Remove and dispose of 1,000 gallon mix tank and dispenser. 18.2 Evaluate and develop recommendations 18.3 Remove old hose reels and improve secondary containment. 18.4 Upgrade/replace tank monitoring equipment. 19.0 Design/upgrade dispensers 19.1 Switch tank usage (1,500 gal for diesel). 19.2 Evaluate adding high capacity diesel pump. 19.3 Evaluate the need for secondary containment 19.4 Design concrete pad for filling area. 19.5 Add tank monitoring system. 20.0. Mokelumne Watershed Headquarters Fuel System 15083 Camanche Parkway South, Valley Springs, CA 95252 (Calaveras County) Located at District s Watershed Headquarter at the south east end of Camanche Reservoir. The fuel station at this site was removed two years ago for facility site improvements. A new dispenser location will need to be installed at this site. The site is used exclusively for EBMUD staff vehicle and maintenance equipment. 20.0 Design new fuel facilities (AST) for diesel and gasoline, with new tank monitoring system, tank containment and concrete pad for fueling area. 20.1 Add FuelMaster system for District vehicles use. 20.2 Include removal and disposal of existing tank in construction contact.
