Sharp parts and edges may be present during assembly. Keep small children away when assembling. Remove and dispose of all protective material and poly bags before assembly. Be sure to remove all packaging materials and parts from underneath the vehicle body. Riding the vehicle without a helmet may result in serious injury or death. Riders must always wear a fitted helmet that complies with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Standard CFR 1183. Body parts such as hands, legs, hair and clothing can get caught in moving parts. Never place a body part near a moving part or wear loose clothing while using the vehicle. Always wear shoes when using the vehicle. Using the vehicle near streets, motor vehicles, drop-offs such as: steps, water (swimming pools) or other bodies of water, sloped surfaces, hills, wet areas, flammable vapors, in alleys, at night or in the dark could result in an unexpected accident. Always use the vehicle in a safe, secure environment with continuous adult supervision. Using the vehicle in unsafe conditions such as snow, rain, loose dirt, mud, sand or fine gravel may result in unexpected action such as tip over and skidding, and damage to the electrical system and battery. Use of a battery or charger other than the supplied 6V rechargeable battery and charger may cause a fire or explosion. Only use the supplied 6V rechargeable battery and charger with the vehicle. Using the 6V rechargeable battery and charger for any other product may result in overheating, fire or explosion. Never use the 6V rechargeable battery and charger with another product. Do not charge the battery near heat or flammable materials. Contact between the positive and negative terminals may result in fire or explosion. Avoid direct contact between the terminals. Picking up the battery by the wires or charger can cause damage to the battery and may result in a fire. Always pick up the battery by it s case or handles. Liquids on the battery may cause fire or electric shock. Always keep all liquids away from the battery and keep the battery dry. Contact or exposure to battery leakage (lead acid) may cause serious injury. If contact or exposure occurs immediately call your physician. If the chemical is on the skin or in the eyes, flush with cool water for 15 minutes. If the chemical was swallowed, immediately give the person water or milk. Do not give water or milk if the patient is vomiting or has a decreased level of alertness. Do not induce vomiting. WARNINGS User Requirements and Warnings AGE WEIGHT 3+ Years MAX 50Lbs (22kg) Before using the Scooter the child should understand the vehicle controls and safety protocol. The child must also demonstrate the capability to handle the vehicle and operate its controls. It is the responsibility of the adult to educate the child and supervise the vehicle when in use. Read the following safety warnings to any child using the quad before riding. WARNING Direct adult supervision required. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times to be safe Keep children within safe riding areas: Do not use near steps, water, or swimming pools Do not ride in wet weather Do not ride on or near hills or steep inclines. Ride only on level ground without loose debris such as sand, leaves rocks or gravel Do not ride at night or where there is limited visibility Do not ride on streets, around cars, or in foot or vehicle traffic Always check and obey all local laws or regulations, which may be in effect in the locations where the electric ride-on toys may be used. WARNING Store quad indoors or cover it with a tarp to protect from wet weather. Do not leave quad in the sun for long periods of time or fading may occur. Do not wash the Scooter with a hose. Assembly Instructions Assembly Instructions Pre-Assembly Your new vehicle requires adult assembly. Please set aside at least 40 minutes for assembly. Children can be harmed by small parts, sharp edges and sharp points in the vehicle s unassembled state. Care should be taken in unpacking and assembly of the vehicle. Children should not handle parts, or help in assembly of the vehicle. Please identify all parts before assembly and save all packaging material until assembly is complete to ensure that no parts are discarded. Assembly tool for need: screwdriver (Not included) and spanner (Included). Seperate all parts by the parts list. If you are missing any parts please call us at(1-800- 599-8898) immediatly before assembly. Please refer to back cover for office hours. Ø10 Washer (04) Rear axle(14) STEP 1. Turn the vehicle body downside up. Remove all the parts from the rear axle (14). Slide a Ø10 washer onto the rear axle from the longer end. Insert the rear axle through the hole in vehicle body from the right side (standing at the back of the vehicle body). Remove rear axle from vehicle body Rear hubcap (C) Ø10 Washer Ø10 Driving wheel Locknut (03) (05) (06) Gear box (02) Rear axle (15) STEP 2. Fit the gear box (02) onto the rear axle (15) from the Left side (Standing at the rear of the vehicle body). And make the motor on the gear box pass through the hole in the vehicle body. Fit the driving wheel (03) onto the rear axle (15), keep it match with the gear box. Fit a Ø10 washer (06) onto the rear axle. Fit a Ø10 locknut (05) to the end of the rear axle. Insert the tabs on the rear hubcap into slots in the driving wheel. Item 60682 11

Fit a Ø10 washer (04) onto the rear axle from Right side (standing at rear of the vehicle body). Fit a Ø10 bushing(ring end first) onto the rear axle (15). Fit a rear wheel (14) onto the rear axle, keep it match with the bushing. Fit a Ø10 washer (04) onto the rear axle (15). Fit a Ø10 locknut (05) to the end of the rear axle (15), and tighten with a spanner. DO NOT over tighten. Insert the tabs on the rear hubcap (C) into slots in the rear wheel. GAP STEP 4. IMPORTANT! After assembling any wheel to the axles, please check the gap between the screw thread and the collapsible (refer to picture), if the gap is too big, please add two or three washers inside the wheel, But after tightening the nut outside the wheel, please turn the wheel freely to check if the wheel can run smoothly, this is very important, because if the wheel can run smoothly, it is ok, but if the nut press the wheel and the wheel can t run smoothly, the motor will be broken easily! Then you need to decrease one or two washers to make sure the wheel can run smoothly! Front fork (17) Front fender (16) M5x12 machine screw (A) STEP 5. Fit the front fender to the front fork (17). Insert a M5x12 machine screw (A) through the front fender (16) and into the front fork, tighten the screw with a screwdriver. Repeat for the other side. 12 Item 60682

Ø10 washer Front hubcap Ø10 Front hubcap washer (04) (E) (E) Remove one Ø10 locknut (05) and one Ø10 washer (04) from the front axle (19) with a spanner. Insert the tabs on the front hubcap (E) into the slots in the front wheel (18). Repeat this procedure to attach the other front hubcap to the front wheel. Fit and hold the front wheel to the front fork (17), and line up the holes in the front fork with the hole in the front wheel (18). Insert the front axle (19) through the front fork (17) and the front wheel (18). Slide a Ø10 washer (04) onto the front axle (19), and fit a Ø10 locknut (05) to the end of the front axle. Tighten the locknuts on both sides of front axle with two spanners. DO NOT over tighten.. (04) STEP 7. Remove the screw in the battery compartment door on the handle bar using a screwdriver and lift to open. Insert three AA (LR6) alkaline batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment. Replace the battery compartment door. Note: This product does not Include the AA (LR6) alkaline batteries. Item 60682 13

Left up the vehicle head, insert the front wheel assembly into the hole in the vehicle body. Using a screwdriver to remove the M5x20 machine screw (08) from the handle bar (06). Turn the vehicle body upright, fit the handle bar to the end of the front fork, line up the holes in the handle bar with the holes in the front fork, re-insert the M5x20 machine screw (08) and Ø5 nut back (09) in the same location and tighten with a screwdriver. View Mirror (07) View Mirror (07) STEP 9. Insert the view mirror (07) into the hole in the handle bar, push until you hear it click into place. Repeat for the other view mirror. 14 Item 60682

Locate the motor connector and vehicle connector, and plug them into each other Push firmly to make sure the connectors are completely joined. (You should hear a click sound when joined) Locate the power connector and plug it into the anode terminal (marked in red on the battery) on the battery. Push firmly to make sure the connectors are completely joined. Motor hood (21) Ø4x12 flat head screw (20) x 4 STEP 11. Fit the motor hood (21) to the vehicle body. Tighten four Ø4x12 flat head screws (20) to secure it. Repeat for the other side. Seat (12) M5x12 machine screw (A) STEP 12. Insert the tabs on the seat (12) into the slots in the vehicle body. Insert the M5x12 machine screw (A) and tighten with a screwdriver. Item 60682 15

Fit the toolbox assembly to the vehicle body. Line up the holes in the toolbox with the holes in the vehicle body. How to Operate Your Vehicle How to Operate Your Vehicle WARNING! PREVENT INJURIES AND DEATHS: NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED. DIRECT ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED. Always keep child in view when child is in vehicle. This toy should be used with caution since skill is required to avoid falls or collisions causing injury to the user or third parties. Protective equipment should be worn. Never use in roadways, near cars, on or near steep inclines or steps, swimming pools or other bodies of water. Always wear shoes. Always sit on the seat. Not to be used in traffic. This toy is unsuitable for children under 37 months due to its maximum speed; Maximum user weight is 22 kgs. This toy has no brake. Never allow more than one rider Must confirm before using that following work which is already finished: Important! Before using the vehicle for the first time, the battery needs to be charged for 4 to 6 hours, no more than 10 hours. Only an adult can charge and recharge the battery. Check all the screws, cap nuts and protective coverings regularly and tighten as required. Check plastic parts on a regular basis for cracks or broken pieces. Keep Children within Safe Riding Areas: - Never use in roadway, near motor vehicles, on lawn space, on or near steep inclines or steps, swimming pools or other bodies of water; Use the toy only on flat surfaces. Such as inside your house, garden or playground. Never use in the dark. A child could encounter unexpected obstacles and have an accident. Operate the vehicle only in the daytime or a well-lit area. It is not recommended to drive the vehicle on wet surfaces or on lopes of greater than 15 degrees. Do not use this vehicle outdoors when it is raining or snowing. Make sure you come to a complete stop before changing directions from forward to back. Please follow the correct weight and age limits allowed to drive this vehicle. It is prohibited to change the circuit or add other electric parts Inspect wires and connections of the vehicle periodically. PREVENT FIRE AND ELECTRIC SHOCK: - Use the only rechargeable battery and charger supplied with your vehicle. NEVER substitute the battery or the charger with another brand. Using another battery or charger my cause a fire or explosion. - Do not use the battery or charger for any other product. Overheating, fire or explosion could occur. - NEVER modify the electric circuit system. Tampering with the electric system may cause a shock, fire or explosion or my permanently damage the system. - Do not allow direct contact between battery terminals. Fire or explosion can occur. - Do not allow any type of liquid on the battery or its components. - Explosive gasses are created during charging. Do not charge near heat or flammable materials. Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area ONLY. - NEVER pick up the battery by the wires or charger. Damage can occur to the battery and may cause a fire. Pick up the battery by the case ONLY. - Charge the battery in a dry area ONLY. Battery posts, terminals and related accessories contain lead and lead compounds, chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling. Do not open the battery. Battery contains lead acid and other materials that are toxic and corrosive. Do not open the charger. Exposed wiring and circuitry inside case may cause electric shock. Only adults may handle or charge the battery. NEVER allow child to handle or charge the battery. Battery is heavy and contains lead acid (electrolyte). Do not drop the battery. Permanent damage to the battery could occur or cause serious injury. Before charging the battery, check for wear or damage to the battery, charger, its supply cord and the connectors. DO NOT charge the battery if any damage to parts has occurred. Do not allow the battery to drain completely. Recharge the battery after each use or once a month if not used regularly. Do not charge battery upside down. Always secure the battery with the bracket. Battery can fall out and injure a child if vehicle tips over. The charging input socket is UNDER THE SEAT. The POWER SWITCH must be turned in OFF position when charging. Before the first use, you should charge the battery for 4-6 hours. Do not recharge the battery for more than 10 hours to avoid overheating the charger. When the vehicle begins to run slowly, recharge the battery. After each use or once a month minimum recharge time as 8 to 12 hours, less than 20 hours at most. Item 60682 19

Plug the charger plug into a wall outlet. The battery will begin charging. WARNING! This product is equipped with CHARGING SAFETY PROTECTION: When charging, all motor functions will be cut off! Maintenance Maintaining Your Vehicle The vehicle should be checked for damage, missing, or badly worn parts before use. Check the tightness of the fasteners before each use. Check the tightness of the wheels. Insure the battery is securely in place before use. Occasionally use a lightweight oil to lubricate moving parts such as wheels and the steering linkages. Park the vehicle indoors or cover it with a tarp to protect it from wet weather. Keep the vehicle away from sources of heat, such as stoves and heaters. Plastic parts may melt. ADULTS ONLY: Recharge the battery after each use. Recharge the battery at least once a month when the vehicle is not being used. See pages 8 for instructions about recharging the battery. Clean the vehicle with a soft, dry cloth. To restore shine to plastic parts, use a non-wax furniture polish. DO NOT use car wax. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners. Trouble Shooting Fuse WARNING: RISK OF FIRE. Do not bypass. Replace only with 5A. The vehicle is equipped with a self-resetting fuse. When the vehicle is overloaded or operated incorrectly; the self-resetting fuse will be cut off for 15-20seconds before becoming operational again. The self-resetting fuse is under the seat (Refer to the picture.) Battery Fuse To avoid the fuse cut off the power, follow these guidelines: DO NOT overload the vehicle, Maximum weight allowed :22kg DO NOT tow anything behind the vehicle. DO NOT drive up steep slopes. DO NOT drive into fixed objects, which may cause the wheels to spin, causing the motor to overheat. DO NOT drive in very hot weather, components may overheat. Battery Disposal of Battery Your sealed lead-acid battery must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. Do not dispose of your lead-acid battery in a fire. The battery may explode or leak. Do not dispose of a lead-acid battery in your regular, household trash. The incineration,land filling or mixing of sealed lead-acid batteries with household trash is prohibited by law. Return an exhausted battery to your local approved lead-acid battery recyclers, such as a local seller of automotive batteries.
