The Project is funded with Proposition 39 Funding and is designed to reduce the overall energy consumption at the Cold Spring School District. The Business Office is located at 2243 Sycamore Canyon Road, Santa Barbara, CA 93108. The Cold Spring School District has received approval from the State to proceed with certain Proposition 39 Energy Savings projects to reduce energy consumption at the Cold Spring School site. The approved funding will permit the District to replace lighting throughout the District s school site. The District is looking to receive a revised proposal or a new proposal that includes the following scope of work: 1. Replace fluorescent bulbs and, if required, ballasts and/or fixtures as necessary, with energy efficient LED lighting; 2. Replace incandescent lighting and if required, ballasts and/or fixtures as necessary, with energy efficient LED lighting. In the alternative, if LED lighting is not feasible, replace incandescent lighting with fluorescent lighting. 3. See attached inventory of school site lighting. 4. Classrooms 8 through 10 will required new fixtures to improve lighting conditions in the classroom. 5. All new lighting shall be dimmable with new dimmer controls. 6. The Proposal shall include a minimum one (1) year warranty on all parts and labor in addition to any manufacturer s extended warranty. 7. Contractor shall be required to post a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. No Bid Bond is required.
8. The Project shall be completed by no later than June 30, 2019 and shall be performed in a manner that avoids disrupting the ongoing school/classroom activities. Contractor shall work with the District to schedule and complete work during a school break, school holidays and/or around school activities. 9.
