AUTOBACS SEVEN Announces Organizational and Personnel Changes January 31, 2018 (Translation of Major Points of Japanese Release) January 31, 2018 (Tokyo, Japan) - AUTOBACS SEVEN Co., Ltd. ( the Company, Representative Director and CEO: Kiomi Kobayashi) announces that it has passed a resolution at a meeting of its Board of Directors held today, to make the following organizational and personnel changes. 1. Purpose of the changes To focus on the key measures of the medium-term business plan and to speed up actions on customer value-adding initiatives, the Company changes its organizational structure as follows. 1) All officers of the Domestic AUTOBACS Business report directly to the Chief AUTOBACS Chain, to improve efficiency and ensure quick decision making of actions and tasks that relate to the entire domestic AUTOBACS business. 2) Put together the business planning functions into Office of the President that reports directly to the Chief Executive, to integrate all aspects of business planning within the Company. 3) BtoB Business and Car Dealer Business, Internet Business and Overseas Business report directly to the Chief Executive, to enable quick action on significant issues. 2. Organizational Changes (effective April 1, 2018) 1) Changes in Management Structure For Domestic AUTOBACS Business: 1 Eastern Japan Operation Planning, Hokkaido Area Operation, Tohoku Area Operation, Tokyo and Chiba Area Operation, Kanagawa and Shizuoka Area Operation, Northern Kanto Area Operation and Koshin-etsu Area Operation to report to newly established Eastern Japan Region Headquarters. 2 Western Japan Operation Planning, Hokuriku Area Operation, Tokai Area Operation, Osaka, Wakayama, Kyoto, Shiga and Nara Area Operation, Western Hyogo and San-in Area Operation, Chugoku and Shikoku Area Operation and Kyushu Area Operation to report to newly established Western Japan Region Headquarters. 3 Divide ICT Devices and Car Electronics into Car Electronics and Digital Transformation & Services, and both to report to newly established Merchandising. 4 Merchandising Strategy, Tires, Oil & Batteries and Wheels & Motor Sports Goods and Car Accessories to report to newly established Merchandising. 5 Newly establish AUTOBACS CARS Company Owned Store Operation that is to operate and manage the AUTOBACS CARS Company Owned Store, and to report to CARS Business.

6 Newly establish Lifestyle Merchandise No.1 *1) and Lifestyle Merchandise No.2, *2) and both to report to Marketing. *1) Responsible for developing merchandise of automotive lifestyle brand such as JACK & MARIE, JKM and GORDON MILLER, and operating of JACK & MARIE stores *2) Responsible for developing merchandise of outdoor goods such as camping and hiking items 7 AUTOBACS Business Planning, Merchandise Management and Distribution Planning and Management to report to newly established AUTOBACS Business Planning. 8 Abolish Merchandise Development and transfer its function to Merchandising Strategy and each merchandise department. For BtoB Business, Car Dealer Business and Internet Business: 9 Name change BtoB to BtoB Business, and to report to newly established BtoB Business and Car Dealer Business. 10 Newly establish Car Dealer Business, and to report to newly established BtoB Business and Car Dealer Business. 11 Internet Business to report to newly established Internet Business. 12 Abolish Automobile Business and transfer its function to CARS Business, AUTOBACS CARS Company Owned Store Operation and Car Dealer Business.
