GWR OVERVIEW For three decades, GWR has been a leader in designing, testing and manufacturing safety restraint systems. GWR started in Barcelona, Spain in 1982, and began manufacturing seat belts for customers around Europe. Today, GWR has grown into a global company, with production and technical centers in both the United States and Spain, and products in over 70 countries. With the goal to save more lives every year during vehicle crashes, we have an expanding line of products and a deepened desire to create the newest generation of safety restraint systems. GWR products are found on commercial, industrial, military, emergency and specialty vehicles. If the products don t pass the rigorous testing, including dynamic sled tests, we send them back to the drawing board. Nothing makes it to production until we are 100% sure of it s reliability, and nothing goes out our doors without thorough inspection and final testing. We make sure we do our job before our products have the chance to do theirs. All GWR products are rigorously engineered and tested, well beyond regulatory requirements. Our extensive experience with dynamic sled testing allows us to design and engineer superior safety systems. Each design for our client s with specific anchorage points is then tested with a dummy on a dynamic sled to ensure 100% reliability during an accident. We produce only automotive industry quality components, and we manufacture flawless products using mistake proof production methods. We test the components and the system for durability against extended use and harsh environments, as well as to verify their strength. Regular testing to ensure conformity of production is completed, and all products are tested before shipping to give you the quality you expect. GWR s Quality System is ISO 9001:2008 certified, a requirement of all auto industry suppliers, and our products, machines, and processes are verified by a third party to ensure they exceed the strictest international standards including ECE R16 and FMVSS 209.
