SW320-320amp WATER COOLED TORCHES The Speedway 320 - rated at 320amps- uses the same parts as a WT20 and can eliminate the need for changing to a larger torch. Dual back cap seal provides positive gas seal and protection against "HF" current leakage. The Speed Bump handle can rotate 360 degrees to obtain the optimum position for allowing long work cycles without tiring. Torch packages include: Flexible Rubber Overbraided Cables and Hoses, a super flexible soft leather zipper cover, and a starter kit with back caps, a 2.4mm collet and collet body, 2.4mm tungsten electrode and a gas cup. SW320-12DX SW320-25DX 320amp Speedway Torch Package with 12.5ft (3.8m) cables and hoses. 320amp Speedway Torch Package with 25ft (7.6m) cables and hoses. The increased water cooling and greater current carrying capacity allow a tungsten range up to 5/32" (4.0mm). (41V35-532 medium back cap required.) SW320-320amp WATER COOLED TORCH PACKAGES - optional parts SUPER SIZE CHAMPAGNE 2 NOZZLES The WeldTec Super Size Champagne 2 Nozzle was conceived and developed for all demanding weld zone flooding applications. The 1" internal diameter ceramic nozzle can be used for exotic metals such as titanium, monel, inconel, hastelloy, waspalloy and other high temperature metals. It can also be used for stainless steels, or any other metal requiring a complete protective umbrella of shielding gas, giving superior weld quality and reduced oxidation and discolouration. Champagne 2 Nozzle mounted on Speedway SW320 high performance Tig torch. The Champagne 2 Nozzle is made from a high heat resistive non-conductive ceramic. The screen filter assembly uses a stainless steel electrode guide to centre the electrode, bundle and protect the fine filter screens from overheating, providing the ability for greater electrode stick-out and a long life. It fits all WT9, WT20 and WT25 type torch models, the Speedway SW320 torch, 920 i-heads and machine torch models WT22 and WT23. No special parts or conversion kits are required - it fits directly on the standard gas lens used with these torch models. Champagne 2 Nozzles are available for 1/16"( 1.6mm), 3/32"(2.4mm) and 1/8"(3.2mm) diameter electrodes.
