Engine Design Engine size is determined by displacement, measured in cc s (cubic centimeters). Toro single-stage snowthrowers feature a 4-cycle OHV, 87 cc engine on the Power Lite model and a 4-cycle, 163 cc engine on our Quick Clear models. Our two-stage snowthrowers feature 205 cc to 342 cc. All models are equipped with overhead valve (OHV) engines. OHV engines are known for their quietness, fuel efficiency and lower vibration. Toro s single-stage snowthrowers Single-stage snowthrowers: Single-stage snowthrowers are ideal when you don t have a large area of snow to clear or you live in a location where snow is a rarity. Single-stage snowthrowers have one point of contact with the snow. Our high performance Power Curve system gathers the snow and throws it out the chute in one efficient motion. The auger also helps to propel the unit forward. Our single-stage snowthrowers come equipped with an 87 cc, 4-cycle engine on the Power Assembled and ready to start from the dealer. Toro is sold by select dealers who have extensive training and knowledge of Toro products and provide a full range of services and genuine Toro parts. Almost always, your Toro snowthrower will have been test-started, test-driven and assembled before it s delivered. Two-year warranty. As a customer you will enjoy a two-year warranty on all of our products. Lite and a 163 cc, 4-cycle engine on the Quick Clear models. They are powerful and reliable, and at the same time easy to operate. This in conjunction with the capacity to shift large amounts of snow in a short space of time has made our single-stage snowthrowers extremely popular. The Power Lite will clear a width of 46 cm and the Quick Clear models clear a width of 53 cm. An innovative pivoting scraper keeps the rotor in constant contact with the pavement, making the job quicker and easier. They have a robust design, two points of contact with the snow, powerful augers and a 4-cycle engine that generate power with up to 342 cc of displacement engines. These machines come with inflatable rubber tires which grip so well you will rarely need snow chains. They have an adjustable auger housing height, making it possible to clear snow even when the surface is unpaved. The chute rotates Power Max clears up to 1000 kg of snow a minute. This breakthrough design controls snow intake to reduce clogging, while maximizing impeller speed and snowthrowing velocity. This allows you to power through heavy snow, deep drifts and compacted berms with ease. You can clear up to 1000 kg of snow a minute and set the throw distance at up to 13,7 metres. The machine has a direct drive with six forward and two reverse gears. You can adapt its rate of work to your own pace. through a 200 arc so you can put the snow exactly where you want it.
