Specifications Each machine that enters our Modernization Program will have the following items and components either replaced, upgraded or refurbished. New control panel, with 10.4 color touch screen, electronic media control Pulse generator for precise platen positioning New wiring and control air lines to all motors and valves Tie bars and bushings Control valves at the media block and internal seats Actuator valves throughout water system Bosch solenoid valves for control air supply to actuator valves Rotary joints for steam and drain lines Drain valves New steam, drain and water hoses throughout machine Drain header and consensator weldment Installation of new vacuum pumps, Atlantic Fluidic Brand Actuator valves on vacuum and condensator system New safety gate control switches Safety gate components Parallel guidance system Recondition hydraulic system components: Hydraulic cylinders and valves Hydraulic hoses Installation of hydraulic oil cooling system Pressure fill system complete with tanks and side channel fan Modification of top frame to fit pressure fill tanks Replace threaded brass inserts on platens Receiving frames, back plate and fixed side cooling lead Replacement and recondition of back support bars and hardware Sandblast and paint all machine components. Main components will be painted Kurtz hammer tone blue Dry cycle machine for 8 hour test period Page 9
