LIttle Rock, Arkansas, USA Introduction Cameron is a leading provider of valves, valve automation, and measurement systems to the oil and gas industry. Our products are primarily used to control, direct, and measure the flow of oil and gas as it is moved from individual wellheads through flowlines, gathering lines, and transmission systems to refineries, petrochemical plants, and industrial centers for processing. TBV* valve products are manufactured and assembled at the Cameron facility in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. This facility offers 68,600 ft 2 of space, of which 52,160 ft 2 is dedicated to manufacturing, assembling, testing, shipping, and quality assurance. The manufacturing space enables us to expand our product offerings and size range. Our TBV valves are competitive in the LNG, mining, and petrochemical markets with the added ability to offer larger size ranges within this product line. Facility features Clean room for oxygen, chlorine, and phosgene assembly and testing Paint booth Dedicated cryogenic testing area State-of-the-art computer numeric control (CNC) machining In-house nondestructive examination (NDE) capabilities positive material identification (PMI), ferrite testing, fugitive emissions testing, high-pressure gas testing, and liquid penetrant (LP) examination Welding performed to provide a wide variety of configurations ASME-qualified welders 3
Features TBV Series 3100 valves incorporate a wafer valve design that provides all of the benefits of a flanged ball valve while helping to reduce weight and increase cost efficiency. This unique configuration can be installed between in ASME Class 150 through 900 flanges, utilizing the appropriate bolting supplied by Cameron. Raised-face (RF) endplates interlock with the body to reduce radial piping stresses and protect body seals. The design is further enhanced by a bottom entry, blowout-proof stem that utilizes Belleville washers to maintain a constant packing load. The 3100 Series valve is available in a wide range of body, ball, and stem materials as well as a variety of seat and seal materials for a range of applications. When ordering a repair kit, provide valve code and sales order number stamped on body of valve. Example: repair kit for: 10S 31 150 6L36 TT 0 (part number). Material and construction notes 1. Standard materials for these components include titanium, Monel, Hastelloy, alloy 20, and 316L. Other materials are available on request. 2. Standard soft seat materials include virgin and filled PTFE, Thermafil, Delrin, chlorotrifluoroethylene (CTFE), and ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). Other seat materials are available, including metal seats. 3. Packing utilizes Chevron V-rings. 4. Lubrication: a nonsilicone fluorocarbon grease is normally applied to seats and seals. An antigalling substance is applied to external threads where necessary. No other lubrication is used or recommended. 5. Optional static grounding springs can be supplied between stem and body. 6. Follower material is the same as stem material. 5
