In case of premature delivery, storage costs must be expected. Please note that we can not accept liability for your shipped materials and therefore cannot receive deliveries on your behalf. 2. Getting there Car Arriving on the motorway from Basel, Berne, Chur, Lucerne or St. Gallen, follow the Z signs to the Zurich fair ground. Zurich Exhibition parking area is at Hagenholzstrasse. Railway / Tram / Bus From Zurich main station (Hauptbahnhof) there are trains every 6 minutes on rapid transit (S-Bahn) lines S2, S6, S7, S8, S9, S14, S15, S16, S19 and S24 to Oerlikon station. From Oerlikon station, you can get to Zurich Exhibition in a few minutes on foot, by tram no. 11 or on buses no. 61, 62 or 94. 3. Checkpoint procedure Checkpoint 1 GPS: Orion-Strasse 6, CH-8152 Glattpark (Opfikon) In general, the exhibition halls are accessed via Checkpoint 1. At Checkpoint 1, you will receive a voucher to enter in return for a security deposit of CHF/EUR 100. Checkpoint 2 GPS: Siewerdtstrasse 60, CH-8050 Zurich Arrival via Checkpoint 2 from the following roads: Hagenholzstrasse / Thurgauerstrasse to the Siewerdtstrasse or Aubruggstrasse / Wallisellenstrasse / Thurgauerstrasse to the Siewerdtstrasse 5

5. Additional orders Additional orders can be placed online via My Easyfairs up until the order deadline, on 30. March 2017. Orders placed by telephone, fax or email cannot be considered. Orders for additional furniture or fittings may be cancelled up until the order deadline, on 30 March 2017. After that deadline, the full price will be invoiced. Attention: Package services described here are not valid for custom stands. DEADLINE for orders and cancellation: Thursday, 30 March 2017! 5.1 My Easyfairs 5.2 Furniture Furniture is provided according to your booked stand package (see Technical Guidelines). If you would like additional or other furniture at your stand, please order it online via My Easyfairs. 5.3 Electricity 1 KW connection with 3 receptacles is included in the stand. Should you require more electricity, please order this online via My Easyfairs. 5.4 Water If you need a water connection, order it online via My Easyfairs. 7

5.5 Compressed air Should you require compressed air, please order this online via My Easyfairs. Important: In addition to your order, please send an email (alexander.misch@easyfairs.com) with the following technical specifications for your compressed air connection: With a quick coupler? = yes/no With lock-off/bleeder valve? = yes/no What size connection (in inches)? 5.6 Plants Easyfairs will distribute potted plants throughout the hall (not in the stands). If you desire potted plants for inside your stand, you can order them online via My Easyfairs. 5.7 Cleaning and removal of rubbish The stands will be cleaned daily before the show doors open (vacuuming, emptying of the waste bins). This service is free of charge! 5.8 Internet If you need internet services, please contact the onsite service desk of the Messe Zürich. 5.9 Insurance / security Easyfairs has concluded a contract for general exhibitor liability insurance. However, this insurance does not preclude the liability of any individual exhibitor. Therefore, please make sure you follow these guidelines: All legal safety regulations regarding the construction and operation of your products/machines must be respected by your installation and stand personnel. Each and every exhibitor is responsible for compliance with laws and guidelines in connection with this exhibition. If appropriate, please extend your company s liability insurance coverage for the duration of the show. General security in the exhibition halls during the show s run and stand build times will be taken care of by Easyfairs. However, exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own property and the area of the contracted stand. Easyfairs cannot be held responsible for theft. 5.10 Aisle carpeting Starting at 17:00 on 25.04.2017, carpeting will be laid in the aisles; after this time it is not allowed to drive forklifts through the hall. 8

It is also the exhibitor s task to ensure issuance of the customs invoice. Easyfairs can not be held responsible for any liability or charges in connection with customs clearance. 5.13 Parking Each exhibitor automatically receives one parking voucher free of charge, sent two weeks before the show. (Valid 25-27.04.2017) Should you require more than one parking voucher, please order this online via My Easyfairs. Additional parking vouchers can be provided at additional charge. (each CHF 63.00 exkl. MWST) On the build day, exhibitors and building crews must pay a security deposit (CHF/EUR 100) per vehicle to access the fairgrounds, which is repaid up on timely exit on the same day. Expenses related to this cann ot be re billed to Easyfairs Switzerland GmbH. Please note that motorised vehicles are not allowed at any time in the halls. 5.14 Exhibitor badges Exhibitor badges are free of charge and bear the names of each person registered as stand personnel. They are valid for access to the hall during the show and must be ordered online until 30. March 2017 (My Easyfairs -> Register my staff). Tuesday 25 April 2017 from 8.00 am you can collect your exhibitor passes at the business point in Hall 3. 5.15 Complaints Complaints must be reported before the opening of the first showday, so that a solution can be found as soon as possible. Afterwards no complaints can be considered and not credited. 9
