1.2 G e n e r a l c o n d i t i o n s o f e x h i b i t i n g
I n d o o r E x h i b i t i o n S p a c e is located around the Congress Hall of the Grand Hotel Adriatic and it is divided into thirty-nine booths of different size. Each booth is equipped with the following: One table, dimensions 0,7 x 0,7 m and two chairs One bill-board, dimensions 1,95 x 1,05 m, One power point 220 V, 50 Hz Wireless Internet. The Indoor space is divided into 6 levels of pricing depending on stand position: A, B, C, D, E, F (please check the above ground-plan). Position A (No. 1) is reserved for main partner of the Meeting and the price is determined by the Contract. Positions B-E (No 2-33) are at disposal to all interested parties according to the Price list. Positions F refer to possibility of exhibiting roll-up posters in the congress hall or along the connecting corridor that leads from the hotel reception to the Exhibition. Corridor is 27 m long, 2.2 m wide with one 5 m long and 1.25 deep recess. Roll-up posters should be max. 1,00 metres wide and max. 2 metres high. The Exhibitor can also settle the service of arranging his unit with Hotel Management. Within the assigned exhibit space Exhibitor may distribute catalogues, brochures, or provide visitors with all kinds of information about its products and services, but must not infringe on rights of other Exhibitors. Exhibition space remains open non-stop during the Conference hours (every day from 08 00 a.m. till 07 00 p.m.). Within this period the assigned exhibit space should be occupied by registered personnel. After closing hours (from 07 00 p.m. till 08 00 a.m.) hotel management will insure night watching of the exhibition space. CGC is not going to accept any responsibility for loss or damage of the exhibits. Space allocated to the Exhibitor may not be sub-let to other company without the prior permission of the Organizer. For each rented stand the Exhibitor has benefit of: registration fee for one person (includes attending the conference and exhibition during all three days and one printed and online version of the Proceedings possibility of playing video presentation of the company on the video wall in exhibition area highlighting the company' s name on the conference program, brochure, Proceedings and mobile aplication free exhibition passes for 4 visitors (clients/buyers of the Exhibitor) for a one-time visit to the Exhibition (not valid for all three days and is not valid for the employees of the Exhibitor) 1.3 P a y m e n t t e r m s a n d c o n d i t i o n s The venue: GRAND HOTEL ADRIATIC-Congress Centre Address: M. Upon receipt of the Order within 8 days the Organizer will inform the Exhibitor about the acceptance of its orders. On March 15 th 2019 the Organizer will send an invoice to Exhibitor. The Exhibitor is required to pay the total amount of the Rental Fee for Rental Exhibition Space within the period of 14 days.
Exhibition space is considered hired out and the Contract comes into force when the Organizer receives the rental amount in full. In case of withdrawal from participating in the Event, there will be no refund given to Exhibitors and Organizer is entitled to retain 100% of total Rental fee. If an Exhibitor fails to make payment in full till the deadline (14 days) the Organizer has a right to offer the Exhibition space to another Exhibitor in interest. * Bank s transfer costs bears the payer and payee must receive a f u l l a m o u n t of registration fee. Please, do not forget to enter IBAN (it will be recorded in Invoice). Personal Data Protection We would like to inform you that when you make an order, we process the personal data of the client and/or the client s contact person who is mentioned on the order form in order to process the order and issue an invoice. In the event you do not want to provide your personal details, we will not be able to complete your order. The Croatian Gas Association and the Croatian Gas Centre Ltd., as the joint controllers, and based on legitimate interests, in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act, process the personal data of its customers and business associates (email, telephone number, address, previous purchases) in order to provide them with information on similar products and services for which they may be interested in. The Croatian Gas Association and the Croatian Gas Center Ltd. as the joint controllers process personal information in order to process your application for the 34 th International Scientific and Expert Meeting of Gas Professionals and provide you with information relating to the Meeting, in order to send you offers for active participation at the Meeting and other similar information, including also links to marketing materials, all in accordance with our Privacy Rules which are accessible here: [https://hsup.hr/en/privacy-policy/]. We inform you that the event is considered public and that there will be cameramen and photographers who will be collaborating with us, and photos will be published in the gallery on our website and in the marketing materials regarding the Meeting. Information (name, surname, working position, interests) on the participants, who voluntarily register for the event mobile application, will be published in the mobile application. We are hereby inform you that you have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in marketing purposes in which case it is possible that we will not be able to send you certain materials, such as newsletters containing information regarding future events, including this Meeting, given that they may also contain marketing materials.
