Hydraulic breakers Technopark Impulse produces NextGEN hydraulic breakers for the most tough applications. Each model is developed with special focus on maximum reliability and efficiency. World Wide SUPPORT Light series Maximum concentration of power in each bit of mass. Easy-to-change single bushing and cylinder linear make Impulse breakers completely repairable in the field and without special service tools. Conical bottom part provides better penetration. No through bolts - no troubles with blank firing. Medium series Enlarged gas camera provides better productivity even at lighter excavators. Additional outside changeable buffer saves housing from damages during heavy operation. Single bush-box easy dismounting by just four bolts no need in heavy press. Boltless main body s design decreases damage risks after blank firing. Heavy duty series Tested in rough Siberian and African conditions and proved reliability, strength and productivity. Bottom housing is made of special wear resistant casting steel, which provides additional protection of main body even after blank firing. 4

Vibratory pile drivers Classic pile driver Beneficial price and long life period of the equipment make this pile-driver very fast-payback and profitable investment. One of the largest amplitude and eccentric moments powerful equipment. Compact height of the equipment provides maximum usage of excavator s operation radius and reach - longer piles can be driven; Impulse classic pile-driver is 30% lighter comparing to analogues; Different types of clamps provide effective driving/extraction of sheet and Larssen piles, H-beams, U-sections, pipes of different diameters; Impulse pile-drivers can be equipped with compacting plates for soil densifying like standard hydraulic compactor, but much more powerful. Impulse vibratory pile driver is reliable and high-performance equipment, that capable of carrying out a wide range of tasks: driving and extraction of piles, pipes, double T-beams, etc. Tilting pile driver Due to 90 hydraulic tilting, piles and pipes can be clamped and taken directly from the ground; up to 30% more efficient comparing to standard pile-driver. Impulse VP350R & VP600R pile-drivers are equipped with screw drive swing bearing; main advantage - more precise rotation. All the operations are arranged via single joystick, operate tilting/positioning/clamping/driving by one hand. The pile-drivers are powered from hydraulic system of excavator via single-flow piping-kit (same as for hydraulic breaker); the pile-driver can be installed without additional costs. Standard Clamp is used for piles immersion as well as other piles having flat surface. Standard clamp is also used for tubes immersion but with restrictions to tube s diameter and its wall thickness. Tube clamp is used for small tubes immersion of diameters from 108 up to 400 mm, as well as for gripping and immersion of wood piles. Double clamp Using double clamp allows secure seizure of tubes having diameters from 300 up to 1100 mm. It protects tube walls from damages, assuring even and precise immersion. Compactors Impulse compactor is a hydraulic attachment which is intended to carry out planing works as well as works on soil compaction, and preparation of building sites. Classic and proven set-up solution for sustainable compaction works. High-quality motors and reliable engineering steel ensure no-failure operation of each model in the range. Solid design is lightened by the rubber blade, which does not lose elasticity, is wear- and frost-resistant and quite easy to change. Company evolution Technopark Impulse a unique company with a rich history, successor of the experience of previous generations of researchers and developer of the latest models of high-tech equipment. History of the industry 1968 Start of original designed hydraulic breakers development in USSR. 1978 First project of joint ventured production of breakers with Finish company Roxon. 1982 Six research establishments develop hydraulic breakers in USSR. 1985 Twelve factories all over the USSR produce 3000 hydraulic breakers per year. 1991 Most of the factories were closed, research & developments are continued by groups of enthusiasts. History of the company 1995 Company foundation; unite of leading engineers in Impulse project. Impulse become successor of Soviet development school. 1997 Start of processing base and machinery equipment accumulation. 2000 First engineering prototypes of SMG & D series of IV breaker s generation were produced. 2006 Factory modernization for production of 100 series hydraulic breakers (V generation). 2009 Start of pilot production of new-generation hydraulic breakers; production of buckets. 2010 Serial production of V generation breakers; start of utility equipment production. Building of new factory 2011 ISO 9001 certification; start of hydraulic pile drivers production. 2012 Export shipments started; cooperation with SSAB (Sweden).
