Quote must include price to install posthole auger at the Municipality s Public Works main maintenance facility or pickup and delivery to successful bidders place of business. Quote must also include training for operator and maintenance staff. Quote must include brochures of posthole auger being quoted in this document. SCOPE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY POSTHOLE AUGER Posthole auger will be implemented into the Municipality s sign and guardrail program. The posthole auger will used for boring holes for sign posts, guardrail post etc. Materials and work which are not specifically described, or shown, in the Contract Documents, but the necessity of which can be reasonably inferred from the Contract Documents, shall be supplied and performed by the Bidder at no additional cost to the Municipality and the Bidder shall not claim extra payment, or an extension of the time for completion on account thereof. Without limitation and to summarize the requirements of other paragraphs of the Information for Bidders, the following documentation is required from the Contractor prior to execution of the Contract: a) Bidder s HST Registration Number b) List of sub-contractors, if applicable c) Proof of insurance d) Workers Compensation Board Certificate e) Copy of Bidder s safety policy f) Copy of Bidder s WSIB Certificate Any items that may be left out, please advise the Municipality.
