Existing TCEA = Density Projected annual visitors at build-out is 8.5 Million New Pier Park Mall New International Airport Thousands of workers, limited it parking on FBR Congestion nearly closes Front Beach Road now during tourist season No transit can currently operate during season, as it can t hold to a schedule Walkable Downtown = good business
PCB Permanent Service Thomas Drive to DeLuna (8 Miles) 15 minute frequencies 16 hr day 7 days/week 5 Trams, 3 Transit Vehicles needed 75/45 passenger capacity Approximately 44 stops served
