Because you don t have to open up walls, lay any wiring or attach any control devices. Since solar blinds work with low-voltage drives, you don t need an electrician for the installation. Until now there were no solar-powered drives for venetian blinds that met the higher-quality standards. Schenker Storen has changed all this now. The newly developed solar set RM 6, consisting of a solar panel, lithium ion battery, venetian blind motor plus the control unit and the elegantly designed Black Pearl hand-held radio transmitter sets entirely new standards. The wellengineered technology offers the ease of use and reliability you have become accustomed to with other Schenker Storen products. The solar set RM 6 is particularly suitable for any additional motorising of venetian blinds. But the RM 6 can also be the ideal solution in new buildings. Because electrical tubing can sometimes be forgotten or the gear niche is too small. The RM 6 has no problem in being environmentally friendly and doing without any additional electricity installations! The solar panel does not have to be directly exposed to the sun and it is flexible to install as it can be up to 2 metres away from the drive: in the soffits of the window, on the blind s front cover or in the recess area on the façade.
