AGM AM - AGRICUTURAL MACHINERY SECTIONED MODELS The laboratory includes operational agrofarming equipment and sectioned models for soil culture, seeding and fertilization. 1. Motor cultivator An accurate section of a petrol motor cultivator, modern technology, with single-cylinder engine, air cooled, 6/10HP. The section intents to show every detail for training purposes. Is painted in different colors to distinguish its different parts. The unit is driven by a 220V reduction motor and is mounted on a wheeled frame. 2. Seeder sectioned An accurate section of a towed universal seeder. It is driven by an electric motor 220V. The motion is transmitted to the wheels thus giving the machine parts a perfect and real operation. It is offered mounted on a wheeled frame. 3. Manure spreaders sectioned The unit is an accurate educational section of the manure spreader. Includes: - cupping planting unit - centrifugal spreader with paw - spreader control The unit is driven by a 220V reduction motor and is mounted on a wheeled frame. 4. Cutaway model of a pulled manure spreader Shows in section the hopper, the spreader disk with spreading components (blades), the spread control unit and the conical gear mechanism. The unit is mounted on a wheeled support. 5. Fertilizer Unit sectioned, composes of fertilizer and two water irrigators of different type placed on suitable delivery pipes. The fertilizer is fully sectioned and includes pressure gauge, valves, rubber hoses etc. so as a real operation is reproduced. 6. Four-stroke diesel engine A detailed section of a Diesel engine used for agricultural purposes, so as to show all its internal parts and their operation. It is operated by hand crank. Air cooled, approx. 10HP, with injection pump, direct injection. It is offered on a base.
AGM AM - FARM TRACTOR TRAINER The Training system of farm tractor with sections of real components and machinery consists of: 7. Farm tractor with diesel engine sectioned It is suitably sectioned for training purposes. Various parts are painted in different colors so as to distinguish better all the parts. Has the following main technical features: 4-stroke, 2-cylinder engine indirect fuel injection water cooling system overhead valves in-line injection pump globe-shaped steering box speeds (gear box): the common tractor gearbox (forward-reverse) The unit is driven via a 220V reduction motor and runs at reduced speeds so as the operation of the various mechanical components can be easily observed. It is mounted on a strong wheeled frame. 8. Farm tractor transmission system It is a suitable section for training purposes. To show the most important parts such as: clutch unit, gearbox, steering clutch, reducer, gear. The system is operated manually through a crank handle and it is mounted on a wheeled base. 9. Hydro-pneumatic braking system Wall panel showing the hydro-pneumatic braking elements of a truck (tractor-trailer). It is complete with: air compressor, distributor with adjusting and control unit, pressure brake booster, tractor-trailer coupling, hydraulic control braking element, mechanical and air control braking element, servo-distributor valve for the trailer and four air reservoirs.
