LOW PRESSURE BLOWERS Feature of this direct drive blowers is the aluminum housing with radial impeller wide forward curved blades. With a stocky build this ensures particularly quiet operation. The suction side is provided with a protective netting, there may possibly be a suction inlet to be mounted. We can also supply an extensive range of accessories. All fans are available in 8 positions, would like before ordering to make a choice in clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, the position of the snail shell can be decide for yourself. The motor can be mounted both horizontally and vertically. The blowers are in standard version for temperatures up to 50 C, for temperatures up to 180 C can be a hot soak clutch built, suitable type S484. The motors IP54 equipped with a voltage of 230 volts or 230/400 volts to 3 kw., Above 400/690 Volt. The default frequency is 50 Hz., Other voltages and 60 Hz. are also possible. The motors above 0,75 kw are IE3. The blowers can also be supplied with an electronically controlled engine, this concerns the types RVE. If there is dirt on the media, we recommend a filter. For suction operation of the blower should be 80% of the fan capacity take. The sound data obtained by measurement with an open suction inlet at 1 meter. All blowers are suitable for continuous operation. The impeller and the snail shells can be supplied in stainless steel. 2

Blowers in twin models. A number of low pressure blowers can be supplied in a twin version, called 2D version. All the characteristics of these blowers are equal to the low-pressure blowers. The motor is placed in the center and has additional cooling fins because the cooling fan is missing and is over dimensioned. The advantage is that you can connect two pipes separately or if it is necessary parallel linking, while only one arrangement is required. 15
