PROPOSED 24TH TBC SCHEDULE COMBINED WITH ELIPTIC PARTNERS MEETING - 3 DAY EVENT 1st day (Wednesday): - since the morning ELIPTIC partner meeting (without TBC) - in the evening TBC s regular Welcome drink, combined with ELIPTIC participants 2nd day (Thursday): - in the morning: SEPARATE sessions: ELIPTIC partner meeting & TBC meeting - in the afternoon: JOINT session ELIPTIC and TBC (focus on ELIPTIC trolleybus use cases etc.; joint dinner with both groups) 3rd day (Friday): - in the morning (until 11-12 hrs.): JOINT site visit to PKT Gdynia s depot and other city locations representing recent trolleybus developments implemented within many EU projects in Gdynia - afterwards ELIPTIC user forum meeting (without TBC members); the TBC part would end after the site visit
MAIN TOPICS PROPOSALS FOR 24TH TBC IN GDYNIA The key topic in Gdynia for discussion: Turning Diesel buses into Trolleybuses: retrofit and conversion management Other proposed topics for the JOINT session could be: -presentation by BBG, Eberswalde about ELIPTIC use case (conversion of a regional diesel bus line into a trolley-hybrid line incl. first demo tests of an automated wiring and de-wiring system) -presentations from Szeged and Gdynia on deployment trolleybuses off grid on Li-Ion batteries - further systems that could have presentations are from Esslingen, Landskrona etc. (need to be further developed) 7
