Introduction: Thank you for your purchase from The Outdoor GreatRoom Company. We are sure you ll enjoy many evenings gathered around the fire. The Tuscany Fire Table surround is manufactured to be used with the Crystal Fire Pit Burner Assembly. This item is not included with the Tuscany Table packaging. Parts shown in this manual are from both the Tuscany Table and the Crystal Fire. Outdoor GreatRoom company recommends visiting with your local authority for building codes, restrictions, or requirements for this product. Please read the manual through before starting the project. Material: This firepit is manufactured of GFRC. Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) is a proven engineered composite building material consisting of Portland cement, aggregate, color pigments, and glass fiber reinforcement. The glass fibers reinforce the concrete, much as steel reinforcing bars do in conventional construction. The glass fiber reinforcement results in a product with much higher flexural strength than normal concrete, allowing its use in thin-wall casting applications. Warranty: This product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer s defects for 1 year from date of purchase. The warranty is void if the product is found to be altered, misused, or improperly maintained. Step 1: Set the base in place Step 2: Install the control panel NOTE: There are no screws necessary for the installation of the control panel. This is a friction fit control panel. It may be necessary to slightly bend out the inner tab to fit around the base. Step 3: Set the control panel in flush. 4
Step 4: Connect the gas supply flex line NOTE: To ensure proper connections contact your local gas authority. Step 5: Connect the propane hose with regulator. NOTE: To ensure proper connections contact your local gas authority. Step 6: Install the push button sparker from the Crystal Fire. 5
NOTE: Remove the plastic nut, to expose the brass grounding contact point. Then replace the nut, install a AAA battery, and cap. Step 7: Install the cap and hand tighten. Step 8: Install the top so that it is centered on the base. NOTE: For a more permanent installation, it is suggested to run a bead of exterior grade silicone to adhere the top to the base. 6
Step 9: Install the Crystal Fire. Step 10: Connect the gas supply flex line to the Crystal Fire. NOTE: To ensure proper connections contact your local gas authority. Step 11: Connect the ignition wire to the back of the sparker module. 7
Step 12: Connect the propane hose the to prone tank. NOTE: Propane tank not included. NOTE: To ensure proper connections contact your local gas authority. Step 13: Put the door in place to conceal the propane tank Step 14: Place the tumbled glass on top of the Crystal Fire. 8
Igniting the Crystal Fire: Make sure the control panel valve is turned to OFF. After this is confirmed, turn on the propane tank. Depress the push button ignition and slowly turn the control panel valve to ON to ignite the unit. 9
