HIGH HEAD ASPIRATORS WITH SIDE GROOVE TURBINE TRAILER-MOUNTED ASPIRATORS NC /70 NC 5/30 Turbine aspirator, fitted with automatically cleaned main filter (*), and with a second filter ( ) to collect the micropowders so that they are not let out into the environment. It mounts sound-proof casing to guarantee tolerable sound levels. Suited for the intake of powder coming from sanding in body shops and joineries. Trailer-mounted and easy to move. The on/off commands come directly from the control panel. It can be fitted with an electro-pneumatic automatic feature (optional) controlling the fan s on/off mode, based on the use of electric or pneumatic tools and a 0V socket for electric tools. 3

ASPIRATOR N 37/360 N 44/460 Two turbine aspirator, fitted with automatically cleaned system for the main filter (*), and with a second filter ( ) to collect the micro-powders so that they are not let out into the environment. It mounts sound-proof casing to guarantee tolerable sound levels. A fixed fan to be placed in centralised systems, to suck up powders from: Rubbing down in the body shop and joinery sectors; Grinding of metals in general or of concrete/similar articles; Remains of workings in the dental, textile, gold-working and glasses sectors etc. On/off can be: - in the manual version, directly from the fan s control panel; - in the automatic version, with a distance receiver and transmitter; - in the micro-contact version, placed in the intake air usage points The fan is equipped with an automatic electronic device: after being turned on by radio-control or micro-contacts (to be specified at the time of order), it chooses the turbine or turbines required based on the need for air intake, starting them, combining them or stopping them, thus maintaining optimum pressure. When all the plant outlets are closed, the fan stops automatically thus saving energy. MODULAR ASPIRATORS Multi turbine aspirator, fitted with automatically cleaned main filters (*) and with a second filter (_) to collect the micro-powders so that they are not let out into the environment. It mounts soundproof casing to guarantee tolerable sound levels. A fixed fan to be placed in centralised systems, to suck up powders from: rubbing down in the body shop and joinery sectors; grinding of metals in general or of concrete/similar articles; remains of workings in the dental, textile, gold-working and glasses sectors etc. The fan is fitted with an automatic electronic device: after being turned on by radio-control or micro-contacts (to be specified at the time of order), it chooses the turbine or turbines required based on the need for air intake, starting them, combining them or stopping them, thus maintaining optimum pressure. When all the plant openings are closed, the fan stops automatically thus saving energy. To turn on the fan again you have to turn on the transmitter or micro-contacts. In modular aspirators we can install, instead of start up by means of radio-control or micro-contacts, a mini-turbine to maintain the centralised plant under pressure when all the suction openings are closed, with minimum electricity consumption (KW 0.-0.37) When one or more operators open the outlets for usage, the mini-turbine stops and the turbines start up automatically, according to suction needs, with the working principle described above. When all the openings are closed, the turbines stop automatically and the mini-turbine starts up.

HIGH HEAD MULTISTAGE CENTRIFUGAL ASPIRATORS ASPIRATOR FOR CIVIL PLANTS C /0-4/0 Mono-phase intake plant for centralised civil plants. The structure is cylindrical in /0, epoxide powder painted steel. The upper part has a soundproofed space containing the turbine and the lower part holds the powder container, both fitted with quick release locks to facilitate maintenance and inside cleaning. The plant has an outlet to expel the intake air. On/off are: - in the standard version, by means of a pipe-switch connector with a metal ring activator; - in the automatic version, with a distance transmitter (in order to specify).
