Follow the exploded drawing enclosed to assemble the casters, winch and fasten all the bolts and nuts. Operation 1. Turn the winch clockwise to rise up the lifting arms. It can be stopped at any desired position as the winch gear can act as a brake. To lower down the lifting arms, just turn the winch counter clockwise slowly. 2. Roll the dolly into position; let tires rest comfortably on the dolly against the lifting arms. Be sure to have the safety chain to secure the loads on the hook of the lifting arms. Then the dolly can be moved freely to any position you intend to. 3. Reinstalling tire is just as easy. Roll the dolly into place, line up the studs with the holes in the drum and push into place. By rotating the tire, the height of dolly can be adjusted easily for alignment of the studs into the holes. 4. To match the angle of the spindle and to aid axle realignment, the lifting arms can be adjusted towards left or right simply by rotating the side handle equipped on the lifting arm. The angle of the lifting arm can also be tilted by pumping up the hydraulic bottle jack which is fitted on the back of the dolly. Maintenance All dolly linkage, moving joints require frequent lubrication. Any chassis grease and motor oil can be used. 1. Use a grease gun and grease the winch to ensure rotating adjustment can be done smoothly. 2. Apply grease regularly to the moving joints.
