combustion catalyst

catalyst is an innovative chemical product which enhances the combustion efficiency of hydrocarbon fuels (hardcoal, lignit, gas, heavy and light oils). Advantages: Reduction of fuel consumption Reduction of harmful gas emissions NOx, CO, SOx, CO2 Improvement of the boilers efficiency Maintains good technical condition of the boilers internal surface Reduction of smoke We received a REACH number ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) no. 01-2119406877-30-0000 with the registration as a new chemical, Patent no. P209478, 209480, EP 2 287 276A1, US 13/203,556, Certificate of Polish National Institute of Public Health no. PZH/HT-2265/2009. catalyst is an organic product. catalyst is not toxic and is not classified as dangerous for human health and the environment. catalyst acts as a corrosion inhibitor. ENERGY - ECOLOGY - EFFICIENCY catalyst is a chemical (liquid), which lowers the activation energy of chemical reaction, resulting in increased oxidation of the hydrocarbons reaction speed, reducing fuel consumption and emissions of harmful gases CO, CO2, NOx, SOx. Amount of supplied product is: 30-40 ml per 1000 kg of hard coal - supplied to primary or secondary air 20-40 ml per 1000 kg of brown coal - supplied to primary or secondary air 10-40 ml per 1000 m3 of natural gas 5-40 ml per 1000 litres of fuel oil - supplied directly to fuel (diesel, heavy oil, light oil, mazout, marine oil) During the combustion process of gas or coal, catalyst is supplied in the form of a water solution and it is spread into the air inlet (primary or secondary). POWER ENGINEERING Page 3/13

C + Rx + H20 RADICALS Rx is added to the air (primary or secondary) that goes into the combustion chamber. The result of our product is the creation of two radicals: protons of hydrogen H + and hydroxyl group OH -. The catalyst Rx in the same way active to the carbon like to the other elements contained in the fuel as nitrogen and sulfur. Concentration of radicals in a flame of fire is very small 10-5 10-12 mol/m 3 H + --> H20 OH - --> COH --> 1/2 O2 --> CO2 POWER ENGINEERING Page 4/13
