Michigan. At the July 24, 2018 meeting of the Michigan Public Service Commission in Lansing, PRESENT: Hon. Sally A. Talberg, Chairman Hon. Norman J. Saari, Commissioner Hon. Rachael A. Eubanks, Commissioner ORDER On January 5, 2018, after several years of investigation and effort, the Commission implemented a new e-docket system. The new system includes enhanced case tracking, expanded search capability, and system-generated case numbers. However, the new system does not support the R convention historically used for power supply cost recovery (PSCR, gas cost recovery (GCR, and steam supply cost recovery (SSCR reconciliation case numbers. Instead, the new related case function in e-dockets will allow parties and the Commission to ensure that plan and reconciliation cases are matched in the new system. Accordingly, the Commission finds that, going forward, the Commission will assign case numbers for PSCR, GCR and SSCR plan and reconciliation cases.
In this order, the Commission is assigning case numbers for 2018 PSCR, GCR, and SSCR reconciliation cases as shown in the captions provided above. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that each electric and gas provider listed in the captions of this order is directed to file its 2018 power supply cost recovery reconciliation, gas cost recovery reconciliation, or steam supply cost recovery reconciliation in the case numbers provided.
