Aluminium Tray Bodies Duratray aluminium bodies are the obvious choice when factors such as body weight and corrosion are i m p o r t a nt. O u r n o r mal d ut y aluminium tray body has a floor rating capacity of 1.8 tonnes. For a heavy workload, choose our heavy duty aluminium tray body which has a floor rating capacity of 2.5 tonnes. Both of these tray bodies are available with an assortment of optional extras. Our aluminium tray bodies have a flush headboard which makes side loading easy. Full length tie rails are also a great feature which enables your load to be secured wherever necessary. Our trays also have a heavy duty anti-rattle catch system and heavy duty hinges with nylon bushes. Our range includes an aluminium tray body with a clear internal length of 2400mm. We can also custom make any body to suit your requirements. Steel Tray Bodies Duratray are the manufacturers of quality steel tray bodies. With the option of a tongue and groove hardwood timber floor or a 3mm checkered plate steel floor, steel tray bodies are the choice when maximum strength is required. Tail-light protection, rear window protection and step kits are standard features on all steel bodies.
