Product Development All products are subject to continual design and manufacturing development in order to improve performance or to meet the changing demands of standards, testing or other building legislation. Project Management Having provided guidance in the specification and selection of appropriate products, Laidlaw's scheduling team will produce fully detailed, door by door ironmongery schedules along with a full bill of materials. Laidlaw will then project manage the supply of product including the manufacture of special or bespoke items; supply of relevant installation drawings; and, where necessary, certification and delivery schedules. CPD seminars Laidlaw is a RIBA approved provider of CPD seminars and is able to offer specifiers seminars and workshops on a wide range of hardware related subjects including DDA, Doc M and BS 00 compliance. Packaging and Delivery Laidlaw will work alongside the customer's project management team to ensure the product arrives on site in the most appropriate form.
