The two models are virtually identical from the exterior, but the 02 offers the following product and installation advantages: Springs are attached, lubed and pre-stretched and do not require time consuming attachment during assembly Ratchet tensioning device is standard and allows for fast and accurate fine tuning at the jobsite. Permanently lubricated radial ball bearings are standard and require no maintenance. Full width galvanized steel barrel completely encloses the drums, springs and axle.
