Some examples of roadside safety violations that may cause a motor carrier to rank poorly in this BASIC include speeding, reckless driving, improper lane change, and inattention Although ITDS Management and Safety has urged drivers to be careful and aware of committing these offenses we continue to receive violations! Please work on this, we are depending on you! Our drivers support the clients in roles that span from yard work to OTR delivery driving. This month we will highlight Duro Bag. This client is located in Northern Kentucky. We currently have four drivers working at two separate Duro Bag locations. Our drivers are shuttling trailers and running the yards. They span two different shifts, and cover seven days a week.

A driver s exempt form the requirement of 395.8 and 395.11 (daily logging) f the following situations apply:. The driver operates within a 100 air mile radius (115 regular mile radius) of the normal work reporting location.. The driver returns to the work reporting location and is released from work within 12 consecutive hours.. A property carrying commercial motor vehicle has at least 10 consecutive hours off duty separating each 12 hours on duty.. A property carrying commercial motor vehicle driver does not exceed the maximum driving time specified in 395.3(a)(3) following 10 consecutive hours off duty. on t forget your 70 hours/8 day rule as well, watch weekend hours!
