RETURN POLICY Returns and exchanges are welcome within 30 days of purchase. It is the customer s responsibility to inspect all products upon receipt and prior to decorating. Claims for defective merchandise and or shortages must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Decorated products may not be exchanged or returned. A 15% restocking fee is charged on all wholesale order returns or canceled orders. Close out and discontinued merchandise is not returnable.
