Machine Introduction High Precision and the Best Performance-to-Price Ratio 1 LVC-100/LVG-100 CNC Bevel Gear Cutting Machine CNC Bevel Gear Grinding Machine LUREN PRECISION CO., LTD. has been dedicating to the R&D of gear machining since 1994. We have extended the cut-tools technologies of Mechanical and Research Laboratories, ITRI, and integrated the research resource from the best universities, built the production lines of hobs and shaving cutters, and sold our products throughout European, American and Asian markets. For machine tools, the gear grinding product line from LUREN PRECISION includes Gear Profile Grinding Machine, Continuous Generating Gear Grinding Machine, Worm Thread Grinding Machine and gear tool sharpening machine, which receive good reputation. Recently multi-axis synchronized movement technology has become more matured. LUREN PRECISION has developed a six-axis fivesynchronized movement machine to manufacture bevel gears. This system utilized Gear Theory, Computational Geometry and Optimum Design Method, built a knowledge base for production intelligence, and developed a graphic interface based manufacturing system that allowed operators to easily complete the production of bevel gears.

Cutting Machine Professional cutting, high efficiency and high precision LVC-100 LVC-100 uses a specific Cup Type Milling Cutter, to manufacture bevel gears in high efficiency. It is further equipped with a specifically designed HSK tool holder that provides flexibility and precision for tool replacement as well as production stability. Besides, B and C axes adopt high-precision direct-drive motor, to increase production precision. There is no need of backlash adjustment problem that happens with a worm gear after wearing, increasing reliability and allowing long-term multi-axis synchronized movement in production. Due to the use of direct-drive motor, there is no backlash problem that happens with worm, allowing accuracy in gear production and eliminating the problem with different precision on left and right flank.. Specifically Designed HSK Tool Holder Easy replacement, stable production. Direct Drive 4/5 Axes Production precision, durability and reliability. 2

Gear Grinding Machine Small investment, huge benefit LVG-100 LVG-100 also uses HSK specifically designed tool holder and direct drive 4/5 axes. It is equipped with high speed spindle, magnetic filter, paper filter system, uses electroforming CBN grinding wheel to provide correction for the deformation after heat treatment to improve gear accuracy and reduce noise. The use of HSK tool holder allows automatic replacement of grinding wheels in different fine and coarse levels, and provides both manufacture efficiency and desired fineness. Finishing after Heat Treatment Usually gear production requires heat treatment after cutting to increase gear strength and wearability. However, heat treatment often causes workpiece deformation and then reduces gear precision level. And gear precision level is also the most direct factor to noise. Common Lapping fails to effectively improve this problem, so the only solution is to use wheel Grinding. Auto Positioning The optional LVG-100 probe has automatic tooth matching function, substantially facilitating the operation. 3

The LUREN self-developed intelligent interaction window software can support complete production process, and therefore, without the need of programing training, the user can input parameters and set up production conditions through dialogue procedures to automatically generate NC program, significantly improving work efficiency. 4

Software Technology Innovative R&D intelligent digital control Intuitive software interface LUREN PRECISION developed bevel gear manufacture software provides the operator with the easiest use for the most complicated part. Include visualized and intuitive tooth mark design adjustment, and automatic generating path compensation. Intuitive Tooth Bearing Position Adjustment The operator can pull the red control point, the red hexagon for design target tooth bearing position. After the operator presses the adjustment button, the software automatically adjusts the theoretical generating path, and shows the currently predicted contact pattern. Gear Data Input Input gear basic parameters, automatically suggest to calculate other parameters and select tool specifications. 5 Automatic Generating Path Compensation It can import tooth shape measurement result. The operator simply presses the correction button, and the software will automatically calculate the generating path to correct tooth shape and tooth thickness errors.
