TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Tommy Bahama timepieces carry a two (2) year warranty from the date of purchase by the original consumer. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not include wear of the strap, bracelet, case, and crystal, or any timepiece that has undergone alteration of those parts. The warranty is void if the timepiece has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. Any other form of guarantee given to you by the retailer is his/her responsibility. For more information, we recommend that you carefully read the section on WATER RESISTANCE. There is a $8.50 handling charge to cover return shipping, insurance and handling. When shipping your timepiece, we ask that you DO NOT include the gift box. For International returns/repairs, please visit www.haskelltimepieces.com/ tommybahama TO ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY Please visit www.haskelltimepieces.com/tommybahama TO REQUEST REPAIR WORK Please fill in the Tommy Bahama Timepiece Service Request form (available at www.haskelltimepieces.com/tommybahama) and send it along with your timepiece, a copy of the Tommy Bahama Warranty Certificate (or sales receipt), and a description of the problem to the authorized Tommy Bahama Timepiece Service Center. We will also send you a shipping mailer if you request one by calling our service center: 1-201-271-2524 When shipping your timepiece, we ask that you DO NOT include the gift box. We highly recommend you insure your parcel shipment since you are liable for getting the timepiece to our service center. You are also responsible for adequately protecting the timepiece during shipment. These charges may be subject to change. The Tommy Bahama Service Center will contact you with an estimate for repairs not covered under warranty. APPLICABLE IN THE US NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT FOR ANY PERIOD BEYOND THE TWO (2) YEAR TERM OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT, AND ANY RECOVERY MAY NOT BE GREATER THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THIS PRODUCT. Some states, however, do not allow the exclusion or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. No person or company is authorized to change the terms of this warranty. 5

WATER RESISTANCE General Information Before using timepiece in or near water, be sure that crown is pushed incompletely. If timepiece is underwater or wet, do not use pushers, rotating bezels or crowns. If timepiece becomes wet, wipe it dry as soon as possible. If timepiece comes in contact with salt water, rinse case and bracelet immediately and thoroughly. Do not take your timepiece into a Hot Tub or Sauna. Extreme heat and pressure may cause your timepiece to lose its water resistance. Water resistance is not permanent. In the course of time, as your case becomes worn, the water resistance of the timepiece may decrease. WATER SUITABLE ATMOSPHERE RESISTANCE 3 ATM / Suitable for washing hands and light splashing 30 Meters /100 Feet 5 ATM / 50 Meters / 165 Feet 10 ATM / 100 Meters / 300 Feet 20 ATM / 200 Meters / 660 Feet Suitable for light swimming. E.g.: Bathing in a pool or low tide waters, but not suitable for diving Suitable for most water sports. E.g.: Swimming, surfing and snorkeling, but not suitable for deep water diving Suitable for all high impact water sports and scuba diving at depths not requiring helium gas Water resistance is not guaranteed for a depth beyond that which is indicated on your Tommy Bahama timepiece. The water resistance of your Tommy Bahama timepiece is ensured by a set of seals. However, these seals are subject to deterioration due to natural aging and should be changed regularly. 6

General Information SCREW DOWN CROWNS Some Tommy Bahama Relax gents models are fitted with screw down crowns. TO OPERATE n Unscrew crown using thumb and forefinger by rotating counterclockwise until the crown releases from the case. (fig. 1) n Follow the setting guide for the movement type of your Tommy Bahama watch. n Simultaneously press and rotate the crown clockwise with thumb and forefinger until the crown screws down firmly against the case.
