OVERVIEW. The BMW R ninet Urban G/S bridges the gap to the BMW R 80 G/S dating back to 1980, the first truly versatile and powerful touring motorcycle for on and off-road use. However, the powerful and sturdy BMW R ninet Urban G/S does a great deal more than just pay homage to the beginnings of the G/S success story at the legendary Paris-Dakar Rally: it comes with impressive state-of-the-art technology as well. With 110 hp (81 kw) and 116 Nm of torque, BMW Motorrad ABS as standard, and a thunderous raised exhaust system made from brushed stainless steel, you can go your own way. The optional ASC ensures that you're always safe when you hit the road and, with a host of customisation options, you can play your own part in writing and shaping the history of the BMW R ninet Urban G/S.
