The meeting lasted for one hour and 50 solar contractors attended the call. The topics included updates on the AB 405 tier capacity, program performance, available incentives, software improvements, and installation inspection statistics. Program administrators wrapped up end of year solar inspections and reporting to completed 10.1% for 2018 to meet the 10% inspection requirement. The number of required solar inspections has increased due to the increased project volume this year. One phase three lower income solar energy program incentive was paid, for a 33.335 kilowatt solar photo-voltaic system, to Northern Nevada Community Housing Resource Board for their 33 Park Street lower income housing project in Reno. The Nevada electric highway phase two request for proposal was approved and the event was opened as of 5, 2018. A press release event was completed by the Governor s Office of Energy the same day. A preproposal meeting was held by NV Energy on Thursday, 13, 2018 for all bidders. During this meeting, the request for proposal and pricing documents were discussed with the bidders and response to all bidder s questions were provided. Due to requests from multiple bidders and the advice from the procurement department, the deadline for the due date of the proposals was extended to January 16, 2019. An electronic auction event for the request for proposal to upgrade the NV Energy owned chargers located at the company was completed as of November 27, 2018. This project will replace the aging electric vehicle chargers located at NV Energy facilities and ensure that NV Energy will have an operations and maintenance plan. The new units will operate with upgraded technology, improve the performance, and add additional charging infrastructure where possible. ChargePoint was selected as the winner of the bid, pending successful negotiation of engineering, procurement and construction agreement. The contract negotiation is currently in progress Workshops, Meetings and Events The clean energy programs staff attended the following venue(s) where they handed out brochures and/or answered questions from the attendees: 11, 2018 Contractor Conference Call, Webinar/Conference Call 12
