T-Dolly Troubleshooting Guide Complete following items before beginning troubleshooting 1. Place wheel chocks and jack stands in place per the BLOCKING DIAGRAM decal. Located on the underside of the pump cover. 2. VERIFY T-DOLLY IS RUNNING WITH FIRMWARE 1.14! The firmware version can be found on the top of the controller inside the gear pump box. 3. Record unit number, mileage, and error code number. Report this information by email to T-Dolly@SilverEagleMfg.com 4. Record Error Code to equipment history. 5. Have a multimeter ready that is able to read DC Voltage, continuity, and resistance. 6. Connect 7-way cable to a 12 Volt power supply. The Power Supply needs to be capable of 20-amps at 12-14 Volts. DO T CONNECT CHARGER DIRECTLY TO BATTERY! 7. Connect the T-Dolly to an air supply to charge the T-Dolly with air. How to clear error code once troubleshooting is complete Follow troubleshooting steps to determine cause for error code. To clear error code, hold down the EXTEND switch for 5 seconds while the T- Dolly is in AUTO mode. Clearing the code does not mean that the error is fixed. Silver Eagle Manufacturing T-DOLLY CAR #: 899277, 899546-899835, 937990 11/12/2018 ERROR CODE 1: OPEN SOLEID 1 Step 1.1 Manually Run T-Dolly Remove cover from gear pump package. Check battery voltage. Verify that battery voltage is above 12.4 volts. If battery voltage is above 12.4 volts, continue through this step. If battery voltage is less than 12.4 volts, connect 7-way to power supply and continue through this step. Switch to MANUAL mode. Push down RETRACT switch for 3 seconds and verify the motor runs. Continue to step 1.2. Step 1.2 Circuit Breakers Verify 150-amp circuit breaker is not tripped. If it is tripped, reset it and continue on through this step. (Figure 1, Item 3. Figure 7) If the T-Dolly has a 30-amp circuit breaker, contact Silver Eagle Manufacturing for a fuse kit replacement. Part number 37026. Continue to step 1.3. Step 1.3 DC-DC Converter Connections Disconnect plug from DC-DC Converter. (Figure 1, Item 11) Check for corrosion and/or loose pins on connector and where connector seats. If no corrosion or loose pins are found, plug connector back into DC-DC Converter. If corrosion and/or loose pins are found, replace components that are affected. (Appendix B) Remove A and B connectors from Controller. (Figure 1, Item 1) Check for corrosion and/or loose pins on connectors and where they are seated. If no corrosion or loose pins are found, plug connectors back into Controller and continue to step 1.4. If corrosion and/or loose pins are found, replace components that are affected. (Appendix C) Step 1.4 Wire Connections Locate solenoid 1. (Figure 1, Item 8) Check posts on solenoid 1 and verify nuts are properly torqued to the following torque specs. (Figure 2, Items 1-4) o 10-32 studs: 15 in-lb. o 5/16-24 studs: 45 in-lb. Check screws on battery and verify screws are torqued to 50 in-lb. (Figure 1, Item 9) Once all items are properly torqued, continue to step 1.5. T-Dolly Troubleshooting Guide, Rev. D, Firmware 1.14 Page 9 of 48

Step 1.5 Manually Check Solenoid Check voltage at large post on solenoid 1 that is connected to battery (Figure 2, Item 1). Connect red lead from multimeter to solenoid and black lead to grounding terminal on the battery. Voltage should match current battery voltage. Check voltage of other post on solenoid 1 while holding down RETRACT switch. (Figure 2, Item 4) If no voltage is present, replace solenoid 1. If voltage is present, contact technical support. ERROR CODE 2: OPEN SOLEID 2 Step 2.1 Manually Run T-Dolly Remove cover from gear pump package. Check battery voltage. Verify that battery voltage is above 12.4 volts. If battery voltage is above 12.4 volts, continue through this step. If battery voltage is less than 12.4 volts, connect 7-way to power supply and continue through this step. Switch to MANUAL mode. Push down RETRACT switch for 3 seconds and verify motor runs. Continue to step 2.2. Step 2.2 Circuit Breakers Verify 150-amp circuit breaker is not tripped. If it is tripped, reset it and continue on through this step. (Figure 1, Item 3. Figure 7) If the T-Dolly has a 30-amp circuit breaker, contact Silver Eagle Manufacturing for a fuse kit replacement. Part number 37026. Continue to step 2.3. Step 2.3 DC-DC Converter Connections Disconnect plug from DC-DC Converter. (Figure 1, Item 4) Check posts on solenoid 2 and verify nuts are properly torqued to the correct torque spec. (Figure 2, Items 5-8) o 10-32 studs: 15 in-lb. o 5/16-24 studs: 45 in-lb. ERROR CODE 3: STUCK SOLEID 1 Step 3.1 Solenoid 1 Stuck Closed Locate Solenoid 1. (Figure 1, Item 8) Check voltage at the large post on solenoid 1 that is connected to solenoid 2. Place red lead from multimeter on solenoid 1 and place black lead on grounding terminal of the battery. (Figure 2, Item 4) There should be no voltage present. If there is voltage present, replace solenoid 1. If there is no voltage, contact technical support. ERROR CODE 4: STUCK SOLEID 2 Step 4.1 Solenoid 2 Stuck Closed Locate solenoid 2. (Figure 1, Item 4) Check for continuity between the two larger posts on solenoid 2. (Figure 2, Item 5 and 8) There should be no continuity. If there is continuity, replace solenoid 2. Silver Eagle Manufacturing T-DOLLY CAR #: 899277, 899546-899835, 937990 11/12/2018 ERROR CODE 5: DRAWBAR LOCK ERROR Step 5.1 Interference Remove cover from gear pump package. Switch to MANUAL mode. Fully extend drawbar by pressing EXTEND switch. If you are unable to get the motor to run, skip to step 5.7. For safety reasons, place the cover back on the gear pump package to ensure switches will not be operated. Grab Drawbar Lock and lift upwards as far as possible. (Figure 5 and Figure 3, Item 4) Let the Drawbar Lock drop down freely. If the Drawbar Lock does not return to its original resting place, check around Drawbar Lock for anything that may be interfering with it returning to its original resting place. Remove any interference from the T-Dolly Drawbar Lock. If the Drawbar Lock drops freely to its original resting place, continue to step 5.2. Step 5.2 Air Leaks Ensure T-Dolly is fully charged with air. Check air valve for air leaks. (Figure 6, Item 3) Check air lines that are routed to air can for leaks. Check air chamber for air leaks. The air chamber is attached to the Drawbar Lock. (Figure 5) To charge the air chamber, trip the 150-amp circuit breaker (Figure 7). Switch T-Dolly to MANUAL mode and hold down RETRACT switch. Reset the 150-amp circuit breaker. (Figure 7) If any items have air leaks, replace the leaking component and/or tighten fittings. Once air leaks are fixed, or if there are no air leaks, continue to step 5.3. Step 5.3 Sensor Wiring Disconnect proximity sensor connectors, Weather Pack connector and cable on back of sensor. (Figure 3, Item 1 and 2) Check connectors for corrosion or loose pins. Repair as necessary. (Appendix D) Check continuity on the proximity sensor cable at all three wires. If there is no continuity in at least one wire, replace sensor cable. (Figure 4) Check continuity from Weather Pack connector to controller A and B plugs. (Figure 1, Item 1) o Weather Pack Terminal A (pink wire) to plug A, pin 4 (pink wire) o Weather Pack Terminal B (brown wire) to plug B, pin 4 (brown wire) o Weather Pack Terminal C (white wire) to plug A, pin 2 (white wire) If there is no continuity in at least one of the wires, repair the harness as necessary. Step 5.4 Electrical Connections Remove DIN connector from air valve. (Figure 5, Item 1 and 2) Check wiring inside DIN connector, verify wires are seated properly and there is no corrosion. Fix wires that are not seated properly, replace corroded components. Switch T-Dolly to MANUAL mode. Trip the 150-amp circuit breaker. (Figure 7 and Figure 1, Item 3) Check voltage across pins 1 and 2 on the DIN connector while pressing down the RETRACT switch. If there is no voltage, reset the 150-amp breaker and replace the harness. If there is voltage, release the RETRACT switch, and reset the 150-amp breaker. (Figure 7) On the air valve, check the resistance across the two parallel terminals. The resistance should be between 70-80 ohms. If the resistance is not in this range, replace the air valve. If the resistance is within range, continue to step 5.5. Step 5.5 Adjustment of Sensor Switch T-Dolly to MANUAL mode and fully extend drawbar. Access T-Dolly from the underside and locate proximity sensor. (Figure 3, Item 3) Remove play in Drawbar Lock by pushing Drawbar Lock towards curbside of the T-Dolly. Sensor to Drawbar Lock clearance should be between 3/16-5/16. Watch the lights on the sensor and slowly begin to lift Drawbar Lock upwards. (Figure 3B) The light should come on while lifting the Drawbar Lock. The light should go out when you let the Drawbar Lock drop back down. If lights never come on, or if lights never turn off, adjust the sensor. If lights are coming on at correct times, continue to step 5.6. Step 5.6 Sensor Replacement If you can run the T-Dolly manually and you can hear the motor running there may be an intermittent issue in the sensor cable or a problem with the sensor itself. Contact Technical Support for help in determining which is the problem. (Figure 3, Item 3) If the motor does not run, continue to step 5.7. Step 5.7 Motor Failure Switch T-Dolly to MANUAL mode. Check voltage across positive and negative posts on motor while holding down RETRACT switch. (Figure 2, Item 9 and 10) If voltage is present and motor is not running, replace motor. ERROR CODE 6: PRESSURE ERROR Step 6.1 Loose/Damaged Connector Remove cover to gear pump box. Disconnect Weather Pack connector that is attached to High Pressure Switch. (Figure 2, Item 11) Check connector for corrosion and loose pins. If there is corrosion or loose pins, repair as necessary. (Appendix D) If there is no corrosion and no loose pins, continue to step 6.2. Step 6.2 Damaged Wires Check wires leading from High Pressure Switch to controller for damage. (Figure 1, Items 1 and 5) Replace damaged wires if applicable. If there are no damaged wires, continue to step 6.3. Step 6.3 Pressure Switch Failure Unplug Weather Pack connector to High Pressure Switch and check the two terminals in the connector for continuity. There should be no continuity. Switch T-Dolly to MANUAL mode. Fully retract drawbar. If motor will not run skip to step 6.4. While holding down the RETRACT switch and bottoming out the cylinder, check the High Pressure Switch for continuity between the two terminals on Weather Pack connector. There should be continuity while the cylinder is bottoming out. If this is the case, continue to step 6.4. If this is not the case, adjust the High Pressure Switch by removing the rubber plug from the center of the pressure switch between the two wire leads. Insert a 5/32 hex key into the center hole and rotate counter-clockwise by a ½ turn. Repeat previous steps until you are able to get continuity at the correct time. If you are unable to get continuity after 4 times of repeating these steps (2 turns max.), replace the High Pressure Switch. Step 6.4 Motor Failure Switch T-Dolly to MANUAL mode and push the RETRACT switch to retract the drawbar. If the drawbar begins to retract, continue to step 6.5. Check voltage across positive and negative posts on motor while holding down RETRACT switch. (Figure 2, Item 9 and 10) If voltage is present and motor is not running, replace motor. Step 6.5 O-Ring Failure Verify if any O-rings are extruding from the face of the aluminum manifold. (Figure 1, Item 12) Replace any O-rings that are extruded. T-Dolly Troubleshooting Guide, Rev. Remove Cartridge Valve from the manifold. Have something available to plug the port once the Cartridge Valve is removed. Check for any torn, ripped, missing O-rings or backer rings. (Figure 1, Item 7. Figure 8) Replace any torn, ripped, or missing O-rings or backer rings. Reinstall the Cartridge Valve back into the aluminum manifold. If all O-rings and backer rings look good, continue to step 6.6. Step 6.6 Cartridge Valve Coil Failure Check the 5-amp fuse to the Cartridge Valve Coil. If the fuse is blown, replace the fuse with a new 5-amp fuse. Check the resistance of the Cartridge Valve Coil. (Figure 1, Item 7) To do this, unplug the Weather Pack connector. Plug one of the leads of the multimeter into the Weather Pack terminal that leads to the coil. The other lead will go onto the grounding post of the motor. The resistance should be between 3.5-4.5 ohms for Unit numbers 899277, 899546-899745, and 937990. If there was less than 3.5 ohms, replace the coil. The resistance should be between 5.4-6.4 ohms for Unit numbers 899746-899835. If there is less than 5.4 ohms, replace the coil. Verify the T-Dolly will retract by switching the T-Dolly to MANUAL mode and holding down the RETRACT switch. If T-Dolly retracts, return the T-Dolly to service. If T-Dolly does not retract, contact technical support. If all of these steps were completed and nothing was found, contact technical support. ERROR CODE 7: LOW OIL Step 7.1 Low Oil Switch T-Dolly to MANUAL mode and retract drawbar completely. Unscrew breather cap on reservoir and check oil level. (Figure 1, Item 13 and 14) The oil should be ½ inch from the top of the reservoir. If the oil is lower than a ½ inch from the top, fill the reservoir with Dexron-III (or higher) ATF fluid until this measurement is reached. If the fluid level does not need to be adjusted, continue to step 7.2. Step 7.2 Loose/Damaged Connector Disconnect Weather Pack connector that is attached to float switch. (Figure 6, Item 1) Inspect both sides of Weather Pack connector for corrosion and/or loose pins. (Appendix D) If corrosion and/or loose pins are found, repair as necessary. If there is no corrosion and no loose pins, continue to Step 7.3. T-Dolly Troubleshooting Guide, Rev. D, Firmware 1.14 Page 15 of 48

Step 7.3 Damaged Wires Check wires leading to float switch from controller. (Figure 1, Items 1 and 6) Replace any damaged wires. If there are no damaged wires, continue to step 7.4. Step 7.4 Oil Level Sensor Failure Check for continuity at the weather pack connector that is attached to float switch. (Figure 6, Item 1) If there is continuity, clear the error code and return the T-Dolly to service. If there is no continuity, remove float switch from reservoir. (Figure 6, Item 1) Check that the float is still attached. If missing, remove float from reservoir and replace with brand new float switch. (Figure 6, Item 4) Check the C-clip underneath the float and verify it is not damaged. If damaged, replace it. (Figure 6, Item 5) Check for float switch to change state. Check continuity at the Weather Pack plug of the float switch. When the float is resting on top of the C-clip, there should be no continuity. When the float is raised off the C-Clip as far as possible, there should be continuity. If there is continuity while the float is resting on the C-clip, then the C-clip needs to be removed and the float needs to be flipped over. Once the float is flipped, reinstall the C-clip. Recheck the continuity in the float switch. If there is no continuity when float is raised, replace the float switch. ERROR CODE 8: LOW BATTERY Step 8.1 Battery Voltage Low DO T CLEAR CODE. Check voltage of the battery. (Figure 1, Item 9) If battery is below 12.1 volts, connect T-Dolly to a power supply using the 7-way cable. The error code should clear on its own. Continue to step 8.2. Step 8.2 30-Amp Circuit Breaker If the T-Dolly has a 30-amp circuit breaker, contact Silver Eagle Manufacturing for a fuse kit replacement. Part number 37026. Continue to step 8.3. Step 8.3 Battery Connection Remove positive ring terminal from battery. T-Dolly Troubleshooting Guide, Rev. D, Firmware 1.14 Page 16 of 48

Plug T-Dolly into power supply using the 7-way cable. Check voltage of the smaller gauge wire at LOOSE positive ring terminal that connects to the battery. The voltage should be between 14-14.5 volts. Disconnect the 7-way cable from the power supply. Reconnect the wires to the battery. Check that screws are torqued to 50 in-lb. on the battery. (Figure 1, Item 9) Once screws are torqued properly, and if voltage was in the correct range, release the T-Dolly back into service. If the voltage was outside the range given, continue to step 8.4. Step 8.3 DC-DC Converter Connections Disconnect plug from DC-DC Converter. (Figure 1, Item 11) Check for corrosion and/or loose pins on connector and where connector seats. If no corrosion or loose pins are found, plug connector back into DC-DC Converter. If corrosion and/or loose pins are found, repair components as necessary. (Appendix B) Remove A and B connectors from Controller. (Figure 1, Item 1) Check for corrosion and/or loose pins on connectors and where connectors seats. If corrosion and/or loose pins are found, repair components as necessary. (Appendix C) If no problem was found in any of the above steps, contact Technical Support. ERROR CODE 9: WEAK BATTERY Step 9.1 Battery Failed Measure the resting battery voltage. If the resting battery voltage is below 12.6 volts, connect the 7-way cable to a power supply and charge for two hours or until the battery is accepting less than one amp from the charger. TE: Charging time depends on the battery s state charge. Two hours is the most a battery would need. Disconnect the 7-way cable from the power supply. Once the resting battery voltage is above 12.6 volts, connect a multimeter to the battery terminals. Note the end of test voltage (ETV) on the battery while running the pump. ETV is measured while the pump is running, and after 10 seconds. To run the pump, flip the Mode switch to MANUAL. On the direction switch press EXTEND, while monitoring the battery voltage. The end of test voltage (ETV) should be equal to or greater than 9.60V @ 70 F or above. See Table I for temperature adjusted ETV values. (Appendix B and C) Check voltage again after repairing pins. The voltage should now read out between 14-14.5, if it does not, continue to step 9.3. Step 9.3 30-Amp Circuit Breaker If the T-Dolly has a 30-amp circuit breaker, contact Silver Eagle Manufacturing for a fuse kit replacement. Part number 37026. Continue to step 9.4. Step 9.4 O-Ring Failure Check all internal O-rings of the valves on the aluminum manifold. (Figure 1, Item 12) If there are any torn or broken O-rings, this could allow oil to flow through ports in the manifold where it should not be flowing. This can cause the drawbar to take longer to fully retract or extend causing the battery to work harder than it should normally. Replace any torn or missing O-rings or backer rings. ERROR CODE 10: OVER CONTROLLER CURRENT Step 10.1 10-Amp Blade Fuse Check standard quick blow 10-amp blade fuse. This blade fuse is located in the main trunk of the harness inside the gear pump box. The blade fuse is in between the controller connectors and the leads that go to the battery. Replace the blade fuse if blade fuse is blown and continue to step 10.2. If blade fuse is good, continue to step 10.2. Step 10.2 Cartridge Valve Coil Check the 5-amp fuse to the Cartridge Valve Coil. If the fuse is blown, replace the fuse with a new 5-amp fuse. Check the resistance of the Cartridge Valve Coil. (Figure 1, Item 7) To do this, unplug the Weather Pack connector. Plug one of the leads of the multimeter into the Weather Pack terminal that leads to the coil. The other lead will go onto the grounding post of the motor. The resistance should be between 3.5-4.5 ohms for Unit numbers 899277, 899546-899745, and 937990. If there was less than 3.5 ohms, replace the coil. The resistance should be between 5.4-6.4 ohms for Unit numbers 899746-899835. If there is less than 5.4 ohms, replace the coil. Verify the T-Dolly will retract by switching the T-Dolly to MANUAL mode and holding down the RETRACT switch. Continue to step 10.3. Step 10.3 Air Valve Coil Check the resistance of the Air Valve Coil. Remove the DIN connector from the air valve and check the resistance across the two parallel terminals on the air valve. (Figure 6, Items 2 and 3) The resistance should be between 70-80 ohms. If the resistance is not in this range, replace the air valve and continue to step 10.4. If the resistance is within range, continue to step 10.4. Step 10.4 Solenoid 1 and 2 Locate Solenoid 1 and remove nuts and wires from the smaller posts of the solenoid. (Figure 2, Items 2 and 3) Check the resistance of the coil of the solenoid by connecting one lead from the multimeter to one of the smaller posts and the other lead to the other smaller post. The resistance should read out between 5-6 ohms. If the resistance is correct, continue on through this step. If the resistance is too low, replace the solenoid. ERROR CODE 11: OVER MOTOR CURRENT Step 11.1 Corroded Wires Check all wires inside gear pump box to verify there is no damage or corrosion. If there is any corrosion or damaged wires, repair as necessary. Check all connectors for corrosion. Repair connectors as necessary. (Appendix B, C, and D) Step 11.2 Failed Motor Switch T-Dolly to MANUAL mode. Check voltage across positive and negative posts on motor while holding down RETRACT switch. (Figure 2, Item 9 and 10) If voltage is present and motor is not running, replace motor. If motor runs, contact technical support. ERROR CODE 12: SPEED INPUT ERROR Step 12.1 Harness Failure Disconnect the positive terminal of the battery and check the following places on the controller. (Figure 1, Item 1) o Check continuity on controller plug A between terminal 8 (green wire) and terminal 9 (orange wire). There should be no continuity, if continuity is present, replace harness. o Check continuity on controller plug A between terminal 8 (green wire) and terminal 12 (blue wire). There should be no continuity, if continuity is present replace harness. o Check continuity on controller plug A between terminal 9 (orange wire) and terminal 12 (blue wire). There should be no continuity, if continuity is present, replace harness. o Ensure 7-ways are not connected to power supply. Check voltage at controller plug A at terminal 8 (green wire). There should be no voltage, if voltage is present, replace harness. o Keep 7-ways unplugged. Check voltage at controller plug A at terminal 9 (orange wire). If all of these are as they should be, reconnect positive terminal to battery and continue to step 12.2. Step 12.2 Controller or ABS Valve Failure Internal wiring of controller may be shorting out. (Figure 1, Item 1) ABS Valve may by malfunctioning Call for technical support. ERROR CODE 13: Retract Error Step 13.1 Drawbar Retract Switch T-Dolly to MANUAL mode. Push the RETRACT switch. If the motor is not running, skip to step 13.8. If the motor is running, continue to step 13.2. Step 13.2 Broken Wires Check to verify there are no broken or damaged wires going to the Proximity sensor for the lock hoop. (Figure 3, Item 2) If there are broken or damaged wires, repair as necessary. If there are no broken or damaged wires, continue through the rest of this step. Check the 5-amp fuse to the Cartridge Valve Coil. If the fuse is blown, replace the fuse and go to step 13.3. If the fuse is fine, continue through the rest of this step. Check to see if there are any broken or damaged wires leading to the Cartridge Valve Coil. (Figure 1, Item 7) If there are broken or damaged wires, repair as necessary. If there are no broken or damaged wires, continue to step 13.3. Step 13.3 Cartridge Valve Coil Check the 5-amp fuse to the Cartridge Valve Coil. If the fuse is blown, replace the fuse with a new 5-amp fuse. Check the resistance of the Cartridge Valve Coil. (Figure 1, Item 7) To do this, unplug the Weather Pack connector. Plug one of the leads of the multimeter into the Weather Pack terminal that leads to the coil. The other lead will go onto the grounding post of the motor. T-Dolly Troubleshooting Guide, Rev. The resistance should be between 3.5-4.5 ohms for Unit numbers 899277, 899546-899745, and 937990. If there was less than 3.5 ohms, replace the coil. Verify the T-Dolly will retract by switching the T-Dolly to MANUAL mode and holding down the RETRACT switch. Continue to step 13.4. Step 13.4 Oil Flow Extend Disconnect the hydraulic hose from the base end of the cylinder. (Figure 9) Place the open end of the hydraulic hose into the reservoir and hit the EXTEND switch for a couple seconds. You should see oil flow out of the hose. Reconnect the hydraulic hose to the cylinder. If there was no oil flow, skip to step 13.6. If there was oil flow, continue to 13.5. Step 13.5 Oil Flow Retract Disconnect the hydraulic hose from the rod end of the cylinder. (Figure 9) Place the open end of the hydraulic hose into the reservoir and hit the RETRACT switch for a couple seconds. You should see oil flow out of the hose. Reconnect the hydraulic hose to the cylinder. If there was no oil flow, continue to step 13.6. If there was oil flow, skip to step 13.7. Step 13.6 Cartridge Valve and Coil PUSH SWITCH ON 150-AMP CIRCUIT BREAKER in order to trip it. (Figure 7) Remove coil from Cartridge Valve. (Figure 1, Item 7) Remove Cartridge Valve from Aluminum manifold. Once valve is removed, plug the open port to stop oil flow. Check the Cartridge Valve for broken or damaged O-rings and/or backer rings. Repair as necessary. (Figure 8) While Cartridge Valve is removed, place the coil back over the valve. Hit the RETRACT switch. You should see the internal spool of the valve shift. When you release the RETRACT switch you should see the internal spool shift again. If valve is shifting back and forth, reinstall the Cartridge Valve and call Technical Support. If the valve is not shifting, check the wiring to the coil. Disconnect Weather Pack connector to the coil. (Figure 1, Item 7) Check for voltage at the Weather Pack side that is connected to the harness. (Positive lead on Weather Pack pin, negative lead on ground battery terminal.) T-Dolly Troubleshooting Guide, Rev. D, Firmware 1.14 Page 22 of 48

There should be no voltage. If voltage is present, there is a short somewhere and the harness needs to be repaired or replaced. Read the voltage again at the Weather Pack while holding down the RETRACT switch. There should be at least 12 volts present. If there is no voltage present, then there is a break somewhere and the harness needs to be repaired or replaced. Contact technical support if repairs were made and there are still issues. Step 13.7 Broken Cylinder The cylinder most likely needs to be replaced. Contact technical support to verify that cylinder is broken. Step 13.8 Motor Failure Switch T-Dolly to MANUAL mode and retract the drawbar. If the drawbar begins to retract, go to step 13.2. Check voltage across positive and negative posts on motor while holding down retract switch. (Figure 2, Item 9 and 10) If voltage is present and motor is not running, replace motor. Place open end of hose into reservoir and press EXTEND for 3 seconds. Disconnect hydraulic hose from the base end of the cylinder. (Step 13.4) Is there voltage across the positive and negative posts of the motor while pressing RETRACT? (Step 13.8) Does T-Dolly drawbar retract? Repair as necessary. Are there any broken/ damaged wires leading to the Lock Hoop Sensor. (Step 13.2) Replace the Cartridge Valve Coil. Did oil flow out of the hose while the EXTEND button was being pushed down? Replace the motor. Is the 5-amp fuse for the Cartridge Valve Coil blown? (Step 13.3) Remove plug from port and reinstall Cartridge Valve and Coil. Reset 150-amp circuit breaker. Contact Technical Support Disconnect hydraulic hose from rod end of the cylinder. (Step 13.5) Does the Cartridge Valve Coil have a resistance between 3.5-4.5 ohms? (Step 13.3) Remove Cartridge Valve from Aluminum manifold and PLUG PORT Place open end of hose into reservoir and press Retract for 3 seconds. Is internal spool of Cartridge Valve shifting properly? (Step 13.4) Replace the 5-amp fuse. Is T-Dolly functioning properly? Remove Coil from Cartridge Valve Is the coil receiving 12 volts while retracting? Did oil flow out of the hose while the RETRACT button was being pushed down? Cylinder may need to be replaced. Verify over phone with Technical Support T-Dolly Troubleshooting Guide, Rev. D, Firmware 1.14 PUSH DOWN BUTTON ON 150AMP CIRCUIT BREAKER IN ORDER TO TRIP IT Reinstall Cartridge Valve and replace coil. Reset 150-amp circuit breaker.
